Read More DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! We were quoted a maximum of $1,000 for the move, plus $100 for gas. In the end, we were charged $1,700 with no clear explanation. The customer service was absolutely appalling—disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They showed up hours late, which completely ruined our schedule. We were supposed to be done by 2 PM, but didn’t finish until 6 PM because of their delays. When we called to ask what was going on, they first claimed they were taking a different route—but only hours later did we find out they had made a stop in the middle of our move to deliver to another customer! This company was dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from them. Worst moving experience we’ve ever had

When the sale of my apartment went through sooner than expected, and I was thousands of miles away for work, the company came to the rescue. Though I wasn’t even in the country, they showed up and handled everything. Customer service was great from the start. I filled out an inventory list, and they walked me through how it would all work with me being gone.

Maurcio, Scott, and Estaban came in and got straight to work, packing up all my belongings, including my oddly shaped recliner and king-sized bed. They also used dollies to move them without any hassle. They were also upfront about their pricing and didn’t charge me any extra for stairs or distance.

They even helped me load up my car with some extra boxes that I had left behind. The only problem was they accidentally damaged my dresser and left a small scratch on it. But they apologized sincerely and offered me a discount to compensate for it. These guys are reliable and trustworthy if you need a good moving company.

They worked efficiently in organizing my things, and they carefully packed my belongings. The unit expertly packaged my equipment and delicate artwork to guarantee their safe arrival.
