My door-to-door move from the US to Europe was supposed to take 7–9 weeks — it’s now been over 4 months, and I still have no delivery date! They nearly doubled the quoted volume and increased the cost without proper justification or measurement. Their subcontractors also tried to charge extra shuttle fees, even though my address is fully accessible and was clearly provided from the beginning. Communication has been poor throughout, and I’ve had to repurchase essentials, including winter clothing for my children. I paid 100% of the agreed price, but Viking has yet to uphold their side of the contract
