Read More They gaslit us for weeks saying they had a driver for $1800, then said all the drivers were unavailable due to our location. They pushed the date further and further back with no guarantee, and finally said they had a driver secured for $2200. They said the only time the driver could pick up was either between 11pm-2am or the next morning, but we had already moved across the country, and the people we had there to deliver the car at the original location were leaving the next morning. After waiting another week, they finally “guaranteed” another driver for $2200. Fred said the driver would come and pick up in 3 hours, and that the transporter would reach out to us directly, but they never did. After calling and calling, the other customer service agents said that Fred was out of the office for the rest of the day after he told me he would call in an hour. After desperately trying to get someone to help us since we really thought the car was finally getting shipped, they kept telling us that they’re working on it and only Fred could actually help us. We decided to just cancel everything at this point because it really felt like a scam. As soon as I told them I wanted to cancel, Fred messaged me immediately saying he will magically be in the office in 5 minutes. Please save your time and energy by not using this business. They genuinely felt like a scam at every turn, and I’m really glad I decided to cancel because who knows what could have happened if they actually took the car. There are also other reviews online that mention having the same experience, and it seems like they might have created fake positive reviews to bury the bad ones.

Read More I got scam by this company. I got a quote for enclosed transport from Dallas to Anchorage, which includes land and sea. Days before pick up, they asked for money to book the port for the sea transport. Long story short, they didnt, instead kept the whole money for the land transport. The car was transported open. When i asked, i was told it was a local driver who was picking up the cars for a trailer. That was a lie. Land transport that was suppose to be $800-$1300, they kept the whole $2750. Had to make my own arrangements for the port. They will respond that i "agreed" to it. If i was quoted $2750 for a whole trip, why would i agree to the same amount for just half way? Make if make sense! I signed a contract and paid them, then they went and changed the terms of the contract without disclosing the new terms to me. I spoke to several people in the company and they all seem to be in on the scam. This company needs to be held accountable for their predatory practices.

The only reason I chose them to ship my car was because the reviews were good and it seemed legit. I’m genuinely so confused as to how there is so many positive reviews. Like cannot fathom.
