Worst moving company ever. Unprofessional. They hire other companies to move your stuff. Don't trust them. They also triple your quote whenever they feel like it.
They safely and efficiently warehoused and delivered my extensive collection of reissued vinyl albums. Each record was meticulously sleeved and labeled before being placed in the climate-controlled storage facility.
I was apprehensive about transporting so much expensive paintings. When I saw that everything had arrived unscathed, I knew the Savannah Moving had done a good job.
For a recent move, we used Savannah Moving, and their service far above our expectations. Four males arrived quite early and remained all day. They started work and their work amazing.
My experience with Savannah Moving was awful. Jack and his crew lied about their storage facilities and broke leg of my favorite couch. They claimed it was enormous and so giant that the damage was expected and ended it up as an untidy trash can. Moreover, I needed to keep two additional mattresses, four couch sets and five additional chairs in the warehouse for at least six months, but they charged double for this. Such inexperienced and inefficient movers!
John handled customs paperwork, ensured compliance with regulations, and provided detailed tracking for my belongings. Despite the distance, everything arrived intact and on schedule.

Additionally, they quickly unpacked my belongings and put them where I needed them. I am quite pleased with their service.
Savannah Moving immorality wrecked our possessions. Customer support, on-site personnel, and company owners intentionally misled us and didn't respond to calls or emails. Dreadful Customer Service! The movers arrived without packing materials and weren't apologetic about this. When our belongings were unloaded at the warehouse, the crew said they would keep them packed properly and would prevent dust, but nothing was as they said. Very unprofessional‼ Team leader Max and the corporate supervisor informed my wife of the damages while unloading the Chester. When I called their office to complain, they misbehaved and were not apologetic about their behavior claiming that it was already so old. Worst experience ever!
It was a nightmare to relocate with this company. Many pieces of furniture, including my brand-new couch and dining room table, were damaged by Max and his team. When I complained, they didn't repent and help. I saw those folks, but they stated, "We won't return a single penny," adding that it wasn't their obligation since the item was already ruined. They treated my kids with disdain, and professionalism was lacking. Never use them‼
