Read More My interaction with Savannah Moving revealed that Savannah Moving communication was deficient. I had to struggle to get in touch with the company to book the move, and when I did, they could have been more helpful in handling my issues. Based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest Savannah Moving.

Dreadful Customer Service! The movers arrived without packing materials and weren't apologetic about this. When our belongings were unloaded at the warehouse, the crew said they would keep them packed properly and would prevent dust, but nothing was as they said. Very unprofessional‼ Team leader Max and the corporate supervisor informed my wife of the damages while unloading the Chester. When I called their office to complain, they misbehaved and were not apologetic about their behavior claiming that it was already so old. Worst experience ever!

When I complained, they didn't repent and help. I saw those folks, but they stated, "We won't return a single penny," adding that it wasn't their obligation since the item was already ruined. They treated my kids with disdain, and professionalism was lacking. Never use them‼

Read More My experience with Savannah Moving was awful. Jack and his crew lied about their storage facilities and broke leg of my favorite couch. They claimed it was enormous and so giant that the damage was expected and ended it up as an untidy trash can. Moreover, I needed to keep two additional mattresses, four couch sets and five additional chairs in the warehouse for at least six months, but they charged double for this. Such inexperienced and inefficient movers!
