The movers did not correctly disassemble or reassemble my furniture. When I requested them to fix my dining table after they broke one of its legs, they claimed that it was not their duty.
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my husband, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.
This was by far the worst moving experience possible. Filled with delays, deception, and illegal pricing. I was quoted for a 6-hour move, but when the job was done, it took more than 11 hours. This was based on the late arrival (almost 3 hours), an injured mover, and a useless 300lb+ replacement. At the end of the job, the owner charged me for a 16-hour move, with a supposedly discounted. When I went to review the invoice, he had stripped it away from the initial documentation. I requested the invoice the next day, only to see that he had over-charged me for hours not worked. Based on previous reviews, this is a normal pattern for this company. I confronted the owner, who shouted and yelled at me over the phone. Would not let me speak and proceeded to hang up on me and text with insanity. I am going to file any necessary complaint to prevent him from doing this to anyone else. He must be confronted and stopped for this outrageous practice being performed on innocent consumers.
The most dreadful experience I’ve had with a moving company! The movers barely acknowledged me and handled my belongings as if they were trash. My dining table arrived with a cracked leg, and they left footprints on my new carpet. When I asked about the damage, they shrugged. This company has no respect for their clients!

Very unprofessional! The movers showed up without warning, about 3 hours late. When I requested updates, they were impolite and disrespectful. Furthermore, they billed me more for their delay, stating it was because of traffic. Stay away from this business at all costs!
They failed miserably in finishing the assignment. They said my couch wouldn't fit through my door, so they left it in the hallway. My last resort was to hire a handyman to disassemble it and transport it inside.

One of them even asked to borrow tools from me because they “forgot” theirs. This was easily the worst moving experience I’ve ever had!
Terrible experience! They upcharge for every little thing – after agreeing on a price, they tried adding fees for “extra stairs” at my new place, which was already included in the initial quote! My bed frame arrived damaged, and my dining table was completely scratched. Customer service was rude and refused to help, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. Steer clear from them!

To make it worse, they were in a rush, tossed boxes around, and left dirt on my carpet. They also tried to charge me for ‘extra weight’ when it was clearly an average move. Never hiring them again!
