Read More Next Door Relocators is completely unreliable! The moving crew didn’t show up until late evening, and offered no explanation. To make it worse, they were in a rush, tossed boxes around, and left dirt on my carpet. They also tried to charge me for ‘extra weight’ when it was clearly an average move. Never hiring them again!

My bed frame arrived damaged, and my dining table was completely scratched. Customer service was rude and refused to help, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. Steer clear from them!

One of them even asked to borrow tools from me because they “forgot” theirs. This was easily the worst moving experience I’ve ever had!

Read More HORRIBLE experience with this moving company. DO NOT hire them. After a walkthrough of all items needing to be transported- the quote given was DOUBLED the day of our move. Employees were not only degrading (I felt unsafe in conversations with them), they were talking about us and our belongings in Spanish. They were careless with our items, rude, and deliberately ignored our phone calls. They held our items after doubling the price and refused to give them back to us. I will be looking into what action can be taken to ensure that people know what a horrible company this is.
