Read More I had to move in four days, and time was killing me every second. After looking everywhere, I booked Next Door Relocators. But here I wanna be honest; I regret using Next Door Relocators moving services for my move. They ruined several of my household items, including costly electronic equipment, and then denied responsibility for the damage. They were unprofessional and dishonest, and I wouldn't trust them with my belongings again. They have terrible customer service, and their packing is also poor. Idiots!

Read More Next Door Relocators moving services scammed me by demanding payment in full before completing the move. I had to move from two bedroom house to a three-bedroom house in RI near the beach. When they arrived at my new home, they refused to unload my sofa set and other furniture items until I paid the full amount, even though they hadn't completed the job yet. They also broke my bedroom furniture and didn't apologize. It was an extremely stressful and uncomfortable situation. I had invested my money along with my trust in this company, but they messed it up.

Next Door Relocators moving services lied about their pricing. They promised me a flat rate for my move but added several hidden fees that significantly increased the final cost. You'll pay for this soon!!! I felt scammed and deceived by their dishonest business practices. It's not good to cheat people while looking them in the eye.

Despite their promise to handle my belongings carefully, they were careless and didn't take the necessary precautions to ensure my items would be protected during the move. Nick and William were chilling around like they were out on a picnic, not an important job. It was the worst nightmare of my life, and I'm warning everyone to beware of such scammers.

Never use them. They also left behind my cupboard chock-full of bulky boxes!!

Do not use this company. I booked them over a month before my move and the day of my move they try to cancel after I called to see where they were. My move was pushed back several hours (after I made a fuss about it) and once I got the furniture in the new place I see that many pieces were damaged. It was documented and I was told the owner would reach out to me the next day. Well a couple of days later I reached out to the owner about it and he offered a small refund. I accepted it and here we are 2 months later and I still haven’t received my check. First it was oh let me check with the office because it was mailed. Then it was we have to mail it but I will hand deliver it. Michael the boss hasn’t kept his word and now hasn’t returned my messages. Horrible service!!! I don’t recommend this company.
