You beg for a refund since you have to get back to your house, but they don't give it to you. It is your fault that the move can't be finished since you really must go back to your house right now and just can't be away for another four days until a new truck is delivered.

Do not use this company. I booked them over a month before my move and the day of my move they try to cancel after I called to see where they were. My move was pushed back several hours (after I made a fuss about it) and once I got the furniture in the new place I see that many pieces were damaged. It was documented and I was told the owner would reach out to me the next day. Well a couple of days later I reached out to the owner about it and he offered a small refund. I accepted it and here we are 2 months later and I still haven’t received my check. First it was oh let me check with the office because it was mailed. Then it was we have to mail it but I will hand deliver it. Michael the boss hasn’t kept his word and now hasn’t returned my messages. Horrible service!!! I don’t recommend this company.

As they attempted to move our belongings off the lift into our storage unit, the truck sustained damages, and the workbench almost tipped over. My sister and I had to assist in preventing the workbench from breaking. The movers were unfriendly, and they rescheduled the appointment and arrived late. The move was carried out under my brother's name. Overall, we would not recommend or hire their services again.
