The foreman was super rude to me and his own team. He yelled a lot and threw cardboard around the truck. I felt uncomfortable just being there, and that’s not something you want on moving day.

I agreed to packing and delivery services and was told my estimate was based on if I stopped packing at the time the video interview was conducted and that price could go DOWN if I were to continue packing as their would be less things for the movers to pack. We packed for 2 days, assuming price probably wouldn't go down but we would pack some things the way we wanted. Even after 2 days worth of packing they somehow figured I now owe over 30% of what I agreed to. I didn't hide anything and opened every drawer, I know the movers business can be pretty dirty and mitigated as much as I could ... The movers mentioned Kaylee would be able to assist me, all of the sales reps answering the phone either pretended to be her or lied and said she didn't work there. When I finally got through to Kaylee she asked me to wait a few days to investigate, she confirmed things were off and not done correctly and agreed to refund. Not only was the refund not completed but then she stopped answering my calls and texts. They overcharged me 30% for an "all-in" price. The entire experience was traumatic, they took advantage of 2 disabled clients... Terrible way to run a business... I wish I had taken what could fit in my car and throw out the rest, the way I was treated literally caused anxiety attacks several times and the sentiment wasn't worth the hassle of trying to salvage my items - good luck if you proceed with them.
I was promised affordable pricing, excellent service, a 3 man crew for my move from Florida to Kentucky this past April. Instead, only 2 movers showed up, one did not speak English. The job was estimated at 3 hours took 7 and I was charged an additional $2,000 for items that were "not on the list" even though I had proof otherwise. After providing my closing date well in advance, my belongings did not arrive until 14 days later, leaving me living out of a suitcase and slepping on an air mattress along with my 2 dogs. The delivery was even more concerning. The company sent workers who were not employees, a fact that was never disclosed to me. One appeared unprofessional and smelled like alcohol. Several of my belongings arrived damaged, broken, or missing and I'm still seeking compensation. I even ended up with some else's bin and that took about 2 weeks for the moving company to come get it. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Calls were rarely returned, and I was told repeatedly, " We will call you," without receiving updates. This company did not deliver on its promises and did not stand behind its guarantees. I would not recommend this company.

I am rating their customer service as a one. (I would rate the actual moving people as a 4). I was referred to them to move a grandfather clock locally. The 'estimator' CHRIS quoted $999 which included 3 hours of time for THREE people, PLUS charges for one hour of travel, a clock technician charge, and an 'operational charge.' When I asked if this was a flat rate, they said no, it was an hourly rate based on 3 hour minimum. I had no idea what was involved. I had to rely on their estimate that it would take THREE people. Clearly that was an upsell to inflate the price. But, of course I didn't know that. I was floored by the estimate so in order to be sure that it wouldn't end up costing more, I asked for a flat rate and was offered a flat $1000. The original contract had the specifics, but the document I signed only stated that a clock was being moved, without detail. When the truck showed up, there were only TWO people. Had the original quote stated two people, the cost would have been about $240 less and had I negotiated a flat rate, it would have been based on that. I emailed the original estimator person who kicked it 'upstairs.' A person (ZACK, I think) called me and was extremely rude, would not let me explain why I thought the fee was unfair, but he continued to talk over me even while I asked him to stop and listen. He continually told me I signed a contract. I maintained that the estimate and the agreed amount was based on more workers than were sent by the company; but he wouldn't listen. Even the driver could hear this guy speaking loudly and not stopping when I asked him to listen. This is poor customer service. Making a small consideration in the price would have been in order or a polite person who validated my concern. But, they had my clock on the truck and wouldn't bring it in until I paid the full amount. So, I did. I sent a follow up email and received even a ruder reply. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I feel sorry for their actual moving staff. They were polite, nice, and handled my clock carefully. However, although the person who was the clock tech handled the moving parts well and reinstalled them, I had to ask her to set the time and then after she left, it wasn't keeping time. I realized that she hadn't started the pendulum. Once that was done, it worked perfectly. Since there was a separate fee for a clock tech, wouldn't you think they would know to start the clock??
Moving from one coast to another was a daunting task, but the moving team made it seamless. They were attentive to every detail, from packing fragile items to ensuring the truck was loaded securely. Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated on the progress. The move was completed within the estimated time frame, and all my belongings were in perfect condition upon arrival.
This was a little while ago but after I commented on an advertisement about my experience with these scam artists, I figured I’d be sure I didn’t miss an opportunity to tell my story. Quoted $6,900 and on moving day for our move across the state, a Thursday, with the kids’ school starting on Monday, they showed up and said it’s going to be $12k after they apply some discounts. I had no choice. The movers were rude, the estimator, Patric, was radio silent, belongings were damaged, they became impossible to get a hold of, wouldn’t call back or email back, have since blocked me on Facebook for a comment I left on an advertisement I received, never held themselves accountable, paid out shockingly minimal amounts on damaged goods (including a China cabinet) and if you search for the true reviews out there that have been suppressed, you see how often this same treatment occurs.
The moving service I used took exceptional care of my belongings. I don't typically write reviews, but this experience deserves an exception. They packed my Japanese Porcelain, portraits, and Italian pieces with great care. Thomas assisted me with booking and was professional, kind, and punctual. I wholeheartedly recommend this moving service. They prioritized my needs. Many thanks!
I don’t know how anyone could’ve left a positive review here. Half of what they promise is just BS. Poor estimate and poor communication.
