Do not use this service! We have around 1,500$ items that were broken after they used a third party company to ship our items across the country and the moving guys were ... Read More Do not use this service! We have around 1,500$ items that were broken after they used a third party company to ship our items across the country and the moving guys were just pieces of trash who conned us out of another 100$ and refused to offload at our address even though they had plenty of room in the driveway. They were just lazy and didn’t want to do it. They also quoted us one price and charged us over 2,000$ MORE when the arrived. I will NEVER recommend this company or use it ever again!

Then after I did everything they asked (which included hours at their bank) they laughed at me and said they aren’t sending me my money back and said good luck flying to Florida to file a small claims case to sue. Awful people. Awful company. They’re very trashy.

Read More The best conscientious mover's I've ever had! They were on time, I did not video my place but you can easily. I sent photo's of my most valuable piece's and discussed it over the phone. They were on time a crew of 3 and my white linen/cotton sofa was wrapped to perfection. They even asked for a broom to wipe up the second floor. Nice right? Very impressive - smooth transition, highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else. And they deserve a good tip too!

They charge you way more than what they quoted you after showing your home through a video call. They took a deposit from me to book my move date. When they showed up they told me it would be $3,000 more than the original quote after a video phone call of my house and the things I will be moving. They are very unprofessional, lack of care, and not attentive. The movers left my back door wide open, left my garage door opened, left their moving supplies around my house inside and outside of my house after they got finished packing. They only packed half of the move than what was originally stated over the video phone calls. Mr. Williams called and text me multiple times to get my services as a client when I told him I was going to use someone else; he than wanted to know more about the other company cubic square feet, binding fee, and even stated that the moving company I was going to go with doesn't own their own moving truck. Asked if the other moving company did a video call because if they did not they wouldn't know the exact price for the move and would up charge me more money up front once they arrive but which that is exactly what Safebound Moving Company did to me. What he said the other moving company will do to me. They will make you feel comfortable because of the video call for the move. Do not fall for it. They will overly charge you even after you did a video phone call showing them everything that you will be moving and the price they quoted you during the process.
