Read More It’s been 15 days since they picked up our stuff and they have not given us any updates about delivery. We were supposed to get it within 10 days and they’re almost a week past that. People are refusing to update us. I see now reviews talking of up to 30 days for delivery and having the same experience we are having. I know that the good reviews are about the pickup process, but once they have your stuff they really treat customers bad.

Their storage facility and moving services are nothing more than a pile of garbage lying outside for no reason. They're storing your stuff in garbage cans with tons of other useless dirt. Pathetic people, go to hell!! Find a company that knows what they're doing. I kept my family and friends safe from these bastards, so I'm writing this review here.

It's like they're storing your stuff in a sewer. They are a bunch of greedy cheapskates constantly lying and making money with false promises. They had the cheapest packaging material to pack my luxurious items, and they did a horrible job here. God, save us from such fools!

They said it was huge and clean, but eww... It was a messy dustbin. It's like they're storing your stuff in a haunted house. I had two extra beds, four sofa sets and 5 extra chairs to store in the warehouse for at least 6 months. I definitely said A BIG NO to them. Please do yourself a favor and find a company that knows what they're doing.

Their warehouse facility is gross - I wouldn't be surprised if mold grew there. Dad was upset with Safe to go Movers LLC team and their poor job. The squad demanded money constantly and ruined our whole day. Please do yourself a favor and find a company that takes pride in its work because, trust me, these losers are not worth it.

This caused delays and extra charges, which were communicated to me at the last minute. Additionally, the movers did not arrive with the necessary equipment to disassemble and reassemble my furniture, which resulted in several damaged pieces.

Both moves went okay, with the first pair of movers being more friendly and communicative than the last movers. The last movers also did not listen to instruction and seemed rushed. In the week of unpacking, however, it became apparent that two items packed in the relocubes never made it to my apartment. They either went missing in the first move or the second. James has been completely unresponsive to my follow up. Find another company.

I gave them many instructions to ensure the safety of my luggage, but they neglected all of them, and many of my utensils were broken. This is the worst moving company I have ever used. Please blacklist those as soon as possible because they are not trustworthy and reliable.

Although they present themselves as a trustworthy moving firm, the truth is the opposite. To steal your money and initially be very nice to you. You will repent for what you did to your clients. While loading, they were throwing my furniture and appliances into the truck. Senseless! I'll never forget how their entire crew made the relocation disastrous and difficult for my family and me.
