Do not book them! Save your self! They never showed up! I had planned two sets of elevators an buildings for this move but they did not even bother to show up. I booked them a month in advance and they took a job earlier on the day that went over so they did not make it to my booking! Although I have called them many times in advance to confirm and double check the time and hour with them (even that day from 9am). We had to get a uhual and store our furniture in over night and get overly expensive movers for the next day! Horrible horrible experience! Needless to say that we had to move all of our stuff to uhual on our own and almost broke my hand! Horrible management and team! Avoid!

My dining table is scratched, and they refuse to take responsibility. Avoid them at all costs!

They showed up an hour late and damaged 4-5 pieces of furniture. They destroyed my daughter's dresser as well. The staff was friendly but they were not experienced. They used my tape to try and keep drawers from opening on furniture - even though they had a huge roll of cellophane that they never used all day. I wouldn't hire them if you're a single female either.

They did not protect it in the truck. *When we tried to call about it, we could not get anyone to return our calls. I had to call from a different number to get them to pick up. *The owner laughed at me when I asked for a refund and offered to pay me $0.60 a pound for the damaged items instead. *The mover who dropped my jewelry box down the stairs was a proselytizing preacher and the others had to keep reminding him to help out instead of talking. We did not appreciate the time or place he chose to share his message.

Read More It’s been 15 days since they picked up our stuff and they have not given us any updates about delivery. We were supposed to get it within 10 days and they’re almost a week past that. People are refusing to update us. I see now reviews talking of up to 30 days for delivery and having the same experience we are having. I know that the good reviews are about the pickup process, but once they have your stuff they really treat customers bad.

Despite providing a detailed inventory of my belongings ahead of time, the movers showed up with a truck that needed to be bigger to fit everything. This caused delays and extra charges, which were communicated to me at the last minute. Additionally, the movers did not arrive with the necessary equipment to disassemble and reassemble my furniture, which resulted in several damaged pieces.

They said it was huge and clean, but eww... It was a messy dustbin. It's like they're storing your stuff in a haunted house. I had two extra beds, four sofa sets and 5 extra chairs to store in the warehouse for at least 6 months. I definitely said A BIG NO to them. Please do yourself a favor and find a company that knows what they're doing.

Read More Safe to Go moved me in two parts - from an ABS Relocube facility to a storage unit and from the storage unit to an apartment. Both moves went okay, with the first pair of movers being more friendly and communicative than the last movers. The last movers also did not listen to instruction and seemed rushed. In the week of unpacking, however, it became apparent that two items packed in the relocubes never made it to my apartment. They either went missing in the first move or the second. James has been completely unresponsive to my follow up. Find another company.

Mike and his team damaged my valuable items like perfumes, a dinner set and our dresser because they didn't carefully pack and wrap them. While loading, they were throwing my furniture and appliances into the truck. Senseless! I'll never forget how their entire crew made the relocation disastrous and difficult for my family and me. Do not call them, please‼
