Do not book them! Save your self! They never showed up! I had planned two sets of elevators an buildings for this move but they did not even bother to show up. I booked them a month in advance and they took a job earlier on the day that went over so they did not make it to my booking! Although I have called them many times in advance to confirm and double check the time and hour with them (even that day from 9am). We had to get a uhual and store our furniture in over night and get overly expensive movers for the next day! Horrible horrible experience! Needless to say that we had to move all of our stuff to uhual on our own and almost broke my hand! Horrible management and team! Avoid!

They showed up an hour late and damaged 4-5 pieces of furniture. They destroyed my daughter's dresser as well. The staff was friendly but they were not experienced. They used my tape to try and keep drawers from opening on furniture - even though they had a huge roll of cellophane that they never used all day. I wouldn't hire them if you're a single female either.

They did not protect it in the truck. *When we tried to call about it, we could not get anyone to return our calls. I had to call from a different number to get them to pick up. *The owner laughed at me when I asked for a refund and offered to pay me $0.60 a pound for the damaged items instead. *The mover who dropped my jewelry box down the stairs was a proselytizing preacher and the others had to keep reminding him to help out instead of talking. We did not appreciate the time or place he chose to share his message.

It's like they're storing your stuff in a sewer. They are a bunch of greedy cheapskates constantly lying and making money with false promises. They had the cheapest packaging material to pack my luxurious items, and they did a horrible job here. God, save us from such fools!

Their storage facility and moving services are nothing more than a pile of garbage lying outside for no reason. They're storing your stuff in garbage cans with tons of other useless dirt. Pathetic people, go to hell!! Find a company that knows what they're doing. I kept my family and friends safe from these bastards, so I'm writing this review here.

Read More It’s been 15 days since they picked up our stuff and they have not given us any updates about delivery. We were supposed to get it within 10 days and they’re almost a week past that. People are refusing to update us. I see now reviews talking of up to 30 days for delivery and having the same experience we are having. I know that the good reviews are about the pickup process, but once they have your stuff they really treat customers bad.

This caused delays and extra charges, which were communicated to me at the last minute. Additionally, the movers did not arrive with the necessary equipment to disassemble and reassemble my furniture, which resulted in several damaged pieces.

Their warehouse facility is gross - I wouldn't be surprised if mold grew there. Dad was upset with Safe to go Movers LLC team and their poor job. The squad demanded money constantly and ruined our whole day. Please do yourself a favor and find a company that takes pride in its work because, trust me, these losers are not worth it.
