I was amazed by how quickly they moved my belongings. They put forth much effort, and the job was finished swiftly. They're the movers you can trust.
Not impressed. They showed up an hour late and damaged 4-5 pieces of furniture. They destroyed my daughter's dresser as well. The staff was friendly but they were not experienced. They used my tape to try and keep drawers from opening on furniture - even though they had a huge roll of cellophane that they never used all day. I wouldn't hire them if you're a single female either.
Safe to go Movers LLC was a lifesaver for us. We had to move from TX to UT in a short time and we had a lot of heavy stuff to move. We hired Safe to go Movers LLC and they were amazing. They came on time and worked very fast. They arrived at our new place without any delay. They unloaded everything and placed it where we wanted. They were very gentle and nothing was damaged or scratched. They were just terrific!
It was one of the worst choices I've ever made to use Safe to go Movers LLC for my cross-country relocation. The movers were late by several hours, and when they finally showed there, they were impolite and unhelpful. The movers were irresponsible when they began loading my possessions onto the truck, throwing boxes and furniture in without checking for damage. When we got to my new place, I discovered several of my belongings were broken beyond repair. Boxes littered every room of my new house since the movers wouldn't unpack them for me.
It was a great experience working with seasoned movers for the first time. John and the group took care of everything quickly and effectively. We'll employ them once more in the future!
*I had a lot of old and rare furniture that was severely scratched up by these movers! They did not protect it in the truck. *When we tried to call about it, we could not get anyone to return our calls. I had to call from a different number to get them to pick up. *The owner laughed at me when I asked for a refund and offered to pay me $0.60 a pound for the damaged items instead. *The mover who dropped my jewelry box down the stairs was a proselytizing preacher and the others had to keep reminding him to help out instead of talking. We did not appreciate the time or place he chose to share his message.
⚠️Horrible! Do not book them! Save your self! They never showed up! I had planned two sets of elevators an buildings for this move but they did not even bother to show up. I booked them a month in advance and they took a job earlier on the day that went over so they did not make it to my booking! Although I have called them many times in advance to confirm and double check the time and hour with them (even that day from 9am). We had to get a uhual and store our furniture in over night and get overly expensive movers for the next day! Horrible horrible experience! Needless to say that we had to move all of our stuff to uhual on our own and almost broke my hand! Horrible management and team! Avoid!
Horrendous service! They dumped my boxes on the front lawn in the rain and left. My belongings are soaked, and they refuse to return my calls. I won’t ever make the mistake of hiring them again!
Although the movers were pleasant and arrived on time, they were not at all professional. They insisted on wanting to shut up the vehicle and head out, even though I had told them our unit had to be vacant. To make sure I had everything that needed to be moved, I had to keep an eye on them.They left four scratches on the floor from the sofa when they were unloading. We should speak with James, the owner, as the movers admitted that they did it. The day of the move and the following day, I gave James a call. He told a blatantly false tale, which he is aware of, saying that we moved the sofa after his movers had finished installing it. Some furniture was also ruined and scraped by the movers. About half of the boxes were misplaced, despite being clearly labeled with their intended location within the house or garage. We now need to carry items from the garage inside. The young boys hauling stuff work this job on the weekends for extra money, which is OK, but make sure your staff members are adequately trained. I'll also report anything to the BBB. James further insisted on paying using the Cash app or Zelle, as mentioned by another reviewer. Wouldn't accept a debit card, which functions similar to cash. I am really dissatisfied with the quality of service provided and the lack of honesty and transparency in handling the damage caused by the movers.
I can’t believe I hired their movers! They didn’t show up until 4 hours past the scheduled time, and when they did, they looked like they’d just woken up. My dining table is scratched, and they refuse to take responsibility. Avoid them at all costs!
