Read More I recently moved from Renton to Kent WA with the help of the Hansen Bros. Moving Co. The only thing which would have been better was free service. I promptly received a quote on request; I was kept informed by their office and the moving guys were prompt, professional and quick. Even a short move is extremely stressful, so I can only guess that some customers have extremely unrealistic expectations. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to this moving company!

We were shopping around for mover cost and had a very rude and unwelcoming experience with the estimator. My girlfriend has voiced her concerns with COVID protocol, but ... Read More We were shopping around for mover cost and had a very rude and unwelcoming experience with the estimator. My girlfriend has voiced her concerns with COVID protocol, but the estimator was reluctant to comply. There are other methods of communication since we currently live in the 21st century. We could set up meetings virtually to view our home. Hopefully someone from management will communicate this to the estimator because her tone was extremely rude and aggressive.

Read More I really appreciate Hanson Brothers. I have used them for years. They have some of the nicest staff. Over the past week, I've been buying a lot of packaging materials out of their Seattle office/warehouse. I can't believe how affordable these materials are compared to Home Depot pricing. And the quality seems significantly better. I would recommend Hanson brothers for anything. They are super nice people - today I had Dave and Riley helping me, and I just couldn't believe how congenial they were. Such great guys. And they have great prices on everything.

Read More I was extremely pleased with the crew that showed up at my home to load the truck. They were right on time and they worked straight through until they finished. I was amazed at what they can do. They took great caution with all of my furniture to make sure nothing would be harmed. I was surprised they got my place empty so quickly. All of my furniture and boxes were delivered to a storage unit the next day and while I couldn't be there, my brother-in-law represented me. He was skeptical that it would all fit, but they managed beautifully and I certainly am not wasting any space, they did a great job getting everything in and very neatly placed inside the unit. Even my brother-in-law was amazed at how good of a job they did and it didn't take them long. I would definitely recommend Hansen Bros., you can't go wrong.
