I am moving to a different state and the team packed up everything quickly and were still very kind even though they had to deal with my apartment’s freight elevator issues (that were not their fault). Would 100% recommend!

I would give 0 star (or even negative) if I could. This whole experience with Safe Ship has been a nightmare. Starting from pick up to current. They picked up my stuff on 7/9 and I still haven't received it. I was initially told it usually takes 14-21 business days. Before the pick up, I was given the pick up window (1-2 days) and told to be notified at least 24 hours in advance for the exact date & time of pick up. However, they never contacted me and I had to call them first and that was when I got notified of the exact pick up date and time, which was the night before (~10 hours before). What if I didn't call them first? Were they going to notify me the morning of like 2 hours before they come? They never communicate clearly and will always give you the "estimate", which they will tell you it's "NOT guaranteed". And it's been more than a month and I'm still waiting to receive my shipment. And there was not a single communication that was initiated by Safe Ship. I always have to call them first or open a ticket for them to provide me any update. When I called this Tuesday, I was told that the truck has left on Monday and it will be arriving either this Friday or Saturday. When I called again on Thursday because I needed to know if they were coming on Friday, now they were telling me the truck has left on Wednesday and it will be arriving either Sunday or Monday. They lie to you and will never give you the exact ETA. I have a few moving experiences, but this has been the WORST experience I've ever had. I'm not a type of person who normally leaves a review but I had to for Safe Ship, to help other people to not go through this nightmare. Do NOT use Safe Ship for your move, and you're welcome.
Scheduling was easy, and they were flexible with timing. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, handled everything with care, and worked quickly without cutting corners. They wrapped fragile items securely and were respectful of both my old and new home—no scratches on the floors or walls. What really stood out was their communication. I was kept informed throughout the process, and any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. Pricing was fair, with no surprise charges. Moving is always stressful, but Express van lines made it as smooth and painless as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.
What a nightmare!! No communication. No idea where our things are 60 days after pickup. Just a brutally bad experience. Looks like quite a few bit/employee reviews on here because there’s no way these people could get 4.7 stars.
Dwight and Don showed up 3/25/26 to pick up the furniture.they were awesome ,very polite ,helpful ,fast st packaging and highly recommend using this company David and Sons moving &trucking..Now just waiting on the delivery of our stuff to the house in NM.thank-you guys
Initial estimate for 350 cubic feet came in at a reasonable price. However, after adjusting for count changes, cubic feet doubled. That’s on us. However, they wanted to charge 3x the initial quoted price at the door. Felt like a bait and switch. We canceled and would rather lose the deposit than accept this scam. We were told during the initial sale that they wouldn’t do this and that feels like a lie. To add insult to injury, they told the movers that I had changed my mind about the pricing, and then never informed them that I'd canceled - leaving the drivers sitting outside for 3 hours after my last call before we had to tell them ourselves that we canceled. Poor communication, poor business practices, did not provide their movers with equipment they needed including dollies, braces, etc., and did not keep them informed. Bad business all around.
Showed on time and did a good job loading... thanks for safe ahip and his crew, wrap all items and make on blankets
Eric and his helpers were courteous and moved my stuff to his truck efficiently. They were careful to wrap objects that needed to be protected. They asked questions as needed. I definitely would ask them for moving assistance in the future if needed.
