Regal Van Lines made my move so much easier than I ever imagined. From start to finish, their team was friendly, attentive, and treated my belongings like their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
In September 2024, we contracted with Regal Van Lines to move our household goods from Tucson, AZ to Drain, OR. We also solicited multiple quotes to move a 45’ High Cubic shipping container between the same locations. Regal Van Line’s quote was the lowest, and because we had already contracted with them to move our household goods, and because we had not yet encountered their Bait and Switch tactics (described in FMCSA Report 181749567), on 10/01/2024, we also contracted with them to move the shipping container. Their pricing estimate was $5,000, and we were required to make a $2,000 advance payment. They were supposed to pick up the container on 10/27/2024. They never, ever, ever moved the shipping container. I called them at least 6 times to find out the status and when it would be moved. Every time, I was given an excuse for why my questions could not be answered at the time, and a promise to call me back before the end of the day. Not one time did I ever receive the promised call back. I presume that because they encountered such an enormous push back on their Bait and Switch tactic to move our household goods, they decided it would not be prudent or feasible to try to do it on the shipping container, also. Regardless of the reason, the fact is that they never ever made any attempt whatsoever to move our shipping container. Two and half months later, we contracted with another carrier who moved the container in less than a week for about $8,300. We have followed Regal Van Lines procedures to contest charges or request a refund. We have received no response whatsoever from them. At this point, in regards specifically to the shipping of the container, they have $2,000 of our money, refuse to give it back, and have taken no actions whatsoever to move the container. It was still sitting in its original location as of 12/19/24 (it was picked up on that date by the other carrier).
Unfortunately, one of our pieces of furniture was just too big to squeeze through the door. Instead of just shoving the door hinges out, they cautiously removed them and replaced them.
Loved this company they were efficient and quick delivery 🚚!! Will definitely be using them again for future moving needs, movers were Awesome and polite.

The team gave me tips on packing efficiently, helped me load a few last-minute things, and secured my bike on the truck without an extra charge. Our 2-bedroom move took about 9 hours, which was right in line with what they estimated. Nothing was missing or damaged too. 10/10 service!
