They were excellent movers. They transported my piano to my new apartment without even scratching the keys.
When our company relocated to a larger office, this team handled everything flawlessly. They took extra care with our laptops, paperwork, and sensitive equipment. The new setup looked great, and they worked efficiently throughout.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. I've never had a move go this smoothly. The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, and wasted no time. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. It made what I thought would be a long day surprisingly easy.
We only needed help moving furniture because we’d already moved the boxes ourselves. Their movers showed up with blankets, tools, and lifting straps, and took care of every piece like it was brand new. Even helped us reassemble the bed after delivery. We couldn’t have asked for more!
Their service, from packing to unloading, was exceptional. Their meticulousness in wrapping my fragile items was astounding.
I contracted them to shift my duplex and they handled my furniture with the same care as if it belonged to them. The crew members took the time to provide floor protection for my hardwood surfaces throughout the relocation.
Regal Van Lines made my move so much easier than I ever imagined. From start to finish, their team was friendly, attentive, and treated my belongings like their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
