Moving out of our first apartment felt like closing a chapter in our married life. I cried when the movers boxed our wedding photos in fragile boxes. They carefully assembled our handcrafted bedframe without causing any damage. They managed our story, not just the furniture.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I've never had a move go this smoothly. The team arrived on time, brought everything they needed, and wasted no time. My Three-bedroom apartment was fully moved before lunch, and nothing was damaged or missing. They even helped me move a few items that I had forgotten to label. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. It made what I thought would be a long day surprisingly easy.
My things, even the ones that weren’t fragile, were handled with a lot of care. I liked being treated with respect by the whole team, as they always tried not to interfere with my time or space.
My office was filled with electronics and paperwork, so I had to move. Matthew and the team saved lives! They checked everything and helped me sort my boxes. David meticulously labeled everything. When loading the vehicle, they wrapped my printers and monitors in cardboard and bubble wrap as if they were handling millions of dollars. They even provided extra wrapping for my fragile items! Donald set up my PC and workspace at the new job.
I run a small photography studio, and relocating all my camera gear, tripods, softboxes, and computers made me extremely nervous. Regal Van Lines exceeded my expectations in every way. Their team arrived with custom-fit crates for my fragile equipment and offered to transport my temperature-sensitive camera lenses in a climate-controlled van—I didn’t know that was an option! They used zip ties to secure my cables and neatly packed everything so it was easy to set up at the new space.
