Read More My family and I had the misfortune of being assigned this company through the moving broker, safe ship moving services. I wish you had to option to leave 0/5 stars because the move I experienced with this company is something I would not wish on my enemy. The initial quote was $7000, yet we paid $12,000. No idea how a quote can be that incorrect. We had to come up with $5000 in 3 days. Move date and time was changed literally 7 times. They did not come with enough materials and left for hours to get more and delayed the process even more. The workers were super unprofessional. Arguing amongst themselves and super disorganized. That was just the start of the issues. When our belongings arrived, all of our belongings were ruined. There was very clear and visible holes in the roof of the truck that the driver decided to ignore. We have water damage on all of our belongings including family keepsakes and photos. What is not wet is broken, dinged and damaged. They did not reassemble any of our furniture at drop off yet I was charged for it. Customer service is absolutely horrible and we have not been offered compensation. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I paid $12000 for my belongings to be destroyed.

They also offered to unpack everything for an extra fee, and we agreed. It was a good decision! The team worked fast, and I'm really pleased with how everything turned out. Thanks for a great job
