With all of the pain stresses of moving, rescheduling and my apartment in disarray, guys showed up and immediately got to work! They were very organized and fast working. These guys wrapped my items with great care and moved everything in my apartment with so much care!! They brought their own packing material making sure I was totally satisfied with placement before leaving! I will be recommending them to everyone needing their services! Read More I contracted the services of Perfectly Fast Moving and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. the team headed by Russel was prompt, courteous and exhibited the highest degree of professionalism throughout the entire job. Visibly tired, but remained very careful in handling my stuff. They finished the job with zero damage to my stuff considering the sharp corners they have to deal with in putting everything in proper places. Excellent service! best value. Highly recommended.

Read More *A Complete Nightmare Scam** My experience with Safe Ship and PF Moving was a disaster. I booked through Safe Ship, believing they owned their trucks—**Lie #1**. They outsource everything and own nothing. **Lie #2**: After three FaceTime assessments, I was quoted $7,500. But when PF Moving loaded my belongings, the price doubled to **$15,000**! This was bait-and-switch. **Lie #3**: I was promised my items would be stored in a climate-controlled warehouse, but when they arrived, candles and Tupperware were melted—there was no climate control. **Lie #4**: They claimed they’d disassemble and reassemble my furniture but lost screws and parts, leaving my furniture in pieces. They even damaged mattresses by folding and shrink-wrapping them. I was overcharged for boxes I never received, and they packed items without my consent. Important boxes didn’t make it. I felt trapped with no choice but to use them as all of this unfolded on my move day. Their misleading contract left me powerless; if I didn't pay, they could keep my belongings and charge more for storage until they could claim them as abandoned. Their teams were unprofessional—I had to threaten police and lawyers in three states to get my items delivered. Safe Ship claimed this was standard practice, blamed me, and stopped returning my calls after I paid $15,000. Which of that cost they got a booking upfront %. I lost priceless family heirlooms and collectibles. Despite my research and trust in BBB ratings, which must be fake because now there are no ratings shown at all, I was completely deceived. **Avoid PF Moving and Safe Ship** at all costs. They are dishonest, unreliable, and have no respect for your belongings. Save yourself the stress, financial loss, and heartbreak—this is the worst moving experience imaginable.
