Both the sales team and customer service stayed in touch and kept us informed throughout.

Read More These guys were on time called ahead when they were about 30 minutes out, which they had promised, and they did follow through on. They pay close attention to detail and their professionalism was impeccable. They were very respectful of my furniture how they handled it how they wrapped it and how they moved it into the truck. They were both very Experienced. That was very obvious in the way they packed and wrapped everything and we're very good at communicating throughout the entire process during the pick up day. They even complimented us on our preparation for them coming and we just worked very well together. Nikita was very diligent in completing all the important paperwork and explaining any variations in the whole process. He managed the project extremely well no complaints whatsoever there. I hope they're available if I have to make another move as I feel like they are a step above some of the other companies that are out there in their same company size. I would highly recommend them; as the consumer I would pay close attention to your inventory as that is what builds the quote and if it is not accurate, then there could be unpleasant monetary surprises. Highly recommend them.

Read More These Guys are AWESOME!! They worked hard the WHOLE time. They genuinely cared about my stuff. Peek the Grandfather clock behind them….not a scratch or broken in any way! That is an accomplishment! They were mindful of the walls to be sure not to ding/scratch. Very successful move!! They were very flexible on the time. Originally had it set up to pack/pick up and store for the week and deliver on a Saturday. Thankfully they were willing to power through to complete it all in one day, which ended in a downpour and no power! Very professional and polite. I will be calling them for my next move!!! I can’t thank you guys enough, you guys ROCKED!!

Read More Extremely fast service and very friendly! HIGHLY recommend. I was in the process of moving and could not fit my couch through the front door. I clearly needed muscle. I called Perfectly Fast and they came over within 20 mins! What was so nice is that they gave me a quote over the phone. They also texted me letting me know when they were on their way and ETA! Awesome service!! They were moved and arranged my couch within minutes. Then they asked if there was anything else they could do without additional $$ and moved a table in for me too. So sweet! Made the moving process fast and easy! I am thrilled. Thank you!
