Read More I have moved over 11 times in the last 20 year's being in the Military where you usually deal with Large Franchised Moving Companies Like Allied, Mayflower, 2 men and a truck, Atlas, and United! They usually are OK moves (some good some horror) and it could both of been from the same company but because they are "Franchised" There only as good as that Owner for that location! This time i was moving myself! I just retired so have nothing but time! i looked up ,googled , chat GPT Everything to get a Good "Moving Company" No 3rd party Brokers! When i kept coming across the same name in my searches Perfectly Fast Moving I called them from their Ad In Angie's List! I have NEVER had a more professional Moving coordinator Jacob Mauer (thank you so much) as he went ABOVE and BEYOUND his duties when it was time for my move and he was RIGHT there when i needed him )NEVER got that with the "Big Box Movers" treated like another Number well not here! Yes my price went up as i was quoted a white glove service for $7500.00 for my 3 bedroom home going from AZ-SC ! But i also forgot to be honest a kayak as well i told them i had 2 garage shelving units and i totally forgot the 2 in my shed ! s well all the items on it (took like another 12 boxes they has to pack! So my price went up $600.00 and they showed me how the extra was EXACTLY what i was charged for the space upfront so it does not get much more honest then that! Also i like they go by volume not weight (talk about a price shock) how about $4,240.00 more then you were quoted after it was weighed! The customer service and the Crew were Great and i want to thank my Rep, customer service, and their Manager Arnold who were just great! I already have my parents set up with them for July Move

Read More Misleading Estimates and Terrible Service — Not Recommended My move with Perfectly Fast Moving turned into a major ordeal. We provided a full inventory and clearly stated we were moving from a two-bedroom apartment. Despite that, the initial estimate they gave us drastically underestimated the actual space needed, which now seems like a tactic to undercut competitors and win our business. We only added a couple of items and upgraded a few box sizes — nothing major — but somehow the total jumped to almost $10,000, more than three times the original quote. What made it worse was that we weren’t told about the new total until after everything was already on the truck, leaving us with no leverage or options. We even went the extra mile to move our boxes to the pickup spot ourselves and helped with the furniture, hoping to avoid any surprise fees. Unfortunately, those efforts were completely ignored when it came time to settle the bill. We called right away to try and resolve things and were told a supervisor would be in touch. Hours later, we’re still waiting for a response. The entire experience felt like a scam — shady pricing tactics, no accountability, and zero customer support. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your move.

They randomly called saying they are moving it without having a delivery address! They said they move it prior to calling us so they can't stop it. In what world can you ship anything without a delivery address especially an entire house worth of goods. What poor service.

Read More was really considering using this company, they gave me an amazing price. Unfortunately the man who reached out to me was very pushy and I told him I would call back in a month because I was getting offers from other companies, he laughed at me for saying that and told me I had 24 hours to give him an answer. He called me today and I told him we were going with another company and he kept pushing me to tell him why and I told him why because it was easier for us to do it they way we have before and he said "that's the reason huh?" And then hung up He was extremely rude and pushy. He did give me a really good price but regardless no one wants to feel pressured into making decision on who you want to trust with all your stuff.
