The crew was fast and friendly. They did a great job packing up any my fragile items. They ran a bit late, but were communicative about arrival time. Price was clear and fair.
These guys were on time called ahead when they were about 30 minutes out, which they had promised, and they did follow through on. They pay close attention to detail and their professionalism was impeccable. They were very respectful of my furniture how they handled it how they wrapped it and how they moved it into the truck. They were both very Experienced. That was very obvious in the way they packed and wrapped everything and we're very good at communicating throughout the entire process during the pick up day. They even complimented us on our preparation for them coming and we just worked very well together. Nikita was very diligent in completing all the important paperwork and explaining any variations in the whole process. He managed the project extremely well no complaints whatsoever there. I hope they're available if I have to make another move as I feel like they are a step above some of the other companies that are out there in their same company size. I would highly recommend them; as the consumer I would pay close attention to your inventory as that is what builds the quote and if it is not accurate, then there could be unpleasant monetary surprises. Highly recommend them.
was really considering using this company, they gave me an amazing price. Unfortunately the man who reached out to me was very pushy and I told him I would call back in a month because I was getting offers from other companies, he laughed at me for saying that and told me I had 24 hours to give him an answer. He called me today and I told him we were going with another company and he kept pushing me to tell him why and I told him why because it was easier for us to do it they way we have before and he said "that's the reason huh?" And then hung up He was extremely rude and pushy. He did give me a really good price but regardless no one wants to feel pressured into making decision on who you want to trust with all your stuff.
Awesome experience with these guys. Professional. Respectful. Timely. And they take great care to make sure they aren’t damaging anything and handling your items with care.
Overall great experience! They stayed in close communication and updated us regarding arrival time. Upon arrival they were extremely polite and professional. They were very careful with our belonging, made the most of the space in our uhaul and again communicated with us through the process. I would definitely recommend them!!
Extremely fast service and very friendly! HIGHLY recommend. I was in the process of moving and could not fit my couch through the front door. I clearly needed muscle. I called Perfectly Fast and they came over within 20 mins! What was so nice is that they gave me a quote over the phone. They also texted me letting me know when they were on their way and ETA! Awesome service!! They were moved and arranged my couch within minutes. Then they asked if there was anything else they could do without additional $$ and moved a table in for me too. So sweet! Made the moving process fast and easy! I am thrilled. Thank you!
The workers are very efficient and professional. They did a great job packing and moving. They used protections to prevent from damaging our house and furniture. Will use them next time. Highly recommend
Moving day was simple thanks to Perfectly fast moving. Dan and Michael packed everything securely, delivered fast, and the price was very reasonable. Both the sales team and customer service stayed in touch and kept us informed throughout.
They picked it up and said they will store it and charge us for holding until we give them an address and date to drop it off at. They randomly called saying they are moving it without having a delivery address! They said they move it prior to calling us so they can't stop it. In what world can you ship anything without a delivery address especially an entire house worth of goods. What poor service.
Mark and Rudik helped me pack up and move to Kansas City. They did an excellent job with packing, took good care of my things, and communicated thoroughly. They were very kind, accommodating, and nice to work with. I would recommend their services through perfectly fast moving.
