Read More I set my day to be moved, paid my deposit. I called two days after the deposit was made because my buyers backed out. I wanted a refund. Russell from the company told me he would send the information to the person that takes care of that. I never heard anything, so I called back and another guy told me to send a letter to cancel and gave me the website, by that time my 72 hrs, had expired, so I was out my down payment.

This company helped my neighbor move and omg it was a nightmare for the several days it took them to move her stuff. They constantly blocked my driveway even though the n ... Read More This company helped my neighbor move and omg it was a nightmare for the several days it took them to move her stuff. They constantly blocked my driveway even though the neighbor’s house is on corner lot and acted like it was such an inconvenience to move their vehicle when I had to get into my driveway. On one occasion I did tell them I needed in my driveway and it took them almost 30 min to move some moving blankets! Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend this company based on this experience. Also the entire moving crew was a bunch of AA men with the driver hardly being able to walk around.
