Read More I lost my dining table in the move. I had stressed to the movers multiple times that they needed to be extra careful with the item because it belonged to my family. To the contrary, by stacking many heavy boxes on top of the truck, they damaged its surface and broke two of its legs.

Read More Do not use them!!! I moved my grandma from North Carolina to Florida recently. Told them she had a flight the same day they were coming and needed to leave by 2 PM. They made her miss her flight and have to wait in the airport sitting in a wheelchair all alone for hours!! This was on 4/27/25. Today is 5/8/25 and they still haven’t delivered her belongings!!!!! She is sleeping on a couch of her friends house for the last two weeks. Because she can’t move into her apartment because she doesn’t have anything to sleep on. Not to mention, they completely ripped her off by doubling the charge we were quoted!! She lived in a studio apartment and they charged her almost $5000 when we were quoted under $3000. Horrible people.

Read More This may be the worst company I have ever done business with in my entire life. They told me they are a trucking company and NOT a broker which is a lie. We also agreed to a flat rate cost of the move which they doubled back on and over charged me $1000 after refusing to do the move for the agreed upon price and refused to give me my deposit back. They also promised me a couple complimentary wardrobe boxes which they did not bring and complimentary wrapping of my tvs which they then charged me over $100 for. DO NOT use this company under any circumstances they will lie to you about everything and make empty promises then upcharge you on move in day. This is a horrible and disgusting way to do business and I hope they never get any business again so they are unable to take advantage of anyone else.

Read More I would give less if I could. I will be contacting BBB about my experience. The original account manager David Barone gave me a quote of $2649.20 plus a processing fee for my card of $62. I ended up paying $3774!! I have text message documentation with him explaining the items I had and that there were several potted plants, Queen bed, recliner and 80 boxes. The potted plants I took to my house instead, the Queen bed we sold and there was 72 boxes not 80. The Queen bed was replaced with a small sewing machine a rug and a vacuum cleaner. They stated that the square footage had changed even though I took all the plants and the boxes were less. They also showed up a day later than I had asked for and what I specifically told David I needed the date to be and was promised it would be. It stated in the contract between 3-6pm and they didn’t honor that either they showed up 15 minutes late. When contacting David about the issues he stated call customer service and I did and they stated they can’t help me that my sq footage changed and I had more items than quoted. No, it did not! Nice to have text message documentation to show BBB and other companies I plan to make a formal complaint to. I have been pretty much told nothing they can do by customer service and David isn’t taking responsibility for his quote or text messages. Maybe they will give answers to the people I do formal complaints to.

Read More The stress caused by this company is unmanageable. After the initial contract they called with a new price and an up charge. At pickup the price changed again, and the payment method previously discussed became null to them, forcing us to scramble up a wire transfer on a Sunday. Of you question them they will refer to the contract which clearly allows them to extort their customers for more money. They are currently threatening to hold our belongings because they changed the payment method, and dislike the timeline forced by the bank. They are also preparing new charges to add on, as means to penalize me for my reviews. If you want your belongings moved safely, without extortion, use a different company.

The team was on schedule and relocated my stuff without any problems. They completed everything swiftly and with great friendliness. The team was on schedule and relocated my stuff without any problems. They completed everything swiftly and with great friendliness.

Read More Wish I could leave a 0 star. We were moving from AZ to WA. We were quoted at 9k to begin with then 2 days before the move it somehow jumped to 15k. We were told if we were to cancel we would be forfeiting our 7k deposit. Sooo much wrong with how this all went down. Lied about being a broker which they are, lied about only charging based on the space in the truck you take up, lied about how bills of lading work, lied about reassembling furniture, soooo many lies. On top of all of that they were impossible to get ahold of. Now that we have essentially given them a down-payment on a house I will be pursuing legal help.

Read More I am not going to write a long review as it is late at night and I am tired from the days excursions. However, Paramount Van Lines , was an excellent choice. At both ends the movers went beyond, by helping me locating the items. This was a massive help as I have just had surgery and am unable to lift anything for weeks. So a big fat well done to you and it will not be forgotten as I will be putting any body I know in touch with you.
