Read More We moved out of a third-floor apartment with no elevator, and I was worried about how it would go. Robert led the team and made it seem like second nature. They started by wrapping my TV with foam padding and securing it in a box. The stairwell was tight, but M and his partner maneuvered my dresser without bumping anything. They used shoulder straps to carry heavier items, which I hadn’t seen before but looked like a game-changer. At the new house, they put down door protectors so nothing would get scratched. They were patient as I changed my mind a couple of times about where the couch should go.
