Read More My team arrived today on time and did a fantastic job. Pedro is the foreman and he is amazing. This team moved me from Texas to Michigan and now I’m back in Texas and they moved me again. I will continue to use new Destiny Van line and partner with Pedro him and his team are amazing.

Read More If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is responsible for the most stressful month of my life. I do not wish my experience on anybody, and I urge others to look for other alternatives for their moves. I moved to MA from Dallas and when I was looking for a moving company, I told them that I needed my stuff by July 29th at the latest and settled on a pick-up date that I was led to believe would get me my stuff by that date, or so I thought. After a terrible experience with a rude and patronizing employee during pick-up, I waited and waited on the 29th and heard nothing. I had to reach out myself and their response was that it was still in Dallas because “they didn’t have a trip up to Massachusetts.” Yes, they did. My trip. To get me my stuff. Which I hired them to do. But apparently hiring them to bring your things doesn’t warrant a trip to bring you your things. I moved for work, and having been led to believe that my stuff would arrive before my start date, I packed up all of my work material for them to bring it to me. Massive mistake that, if not for my extremely understanding employer, could have cost me my livelihood. It took them almost three weeks for them to load my stuff into a truck to bring it to me, which according to them is the industry standard, and then they gave me a massive and basically useless window of time for when it could be delivered. In total, it took them almost a month to deliver my things. There are no words to express my frustration and the absolute desperation I felt knowing that all of my possessions, both personal and professional, were on the complete other side of the country and there was nothing I could do. Upon delivery, I was given a nonsensical “inventory list” that was put together during pick-up and when I opened my boxes, so many things were broken, missing hardware, etc. I am beyond upset. Moving is extremely stressful, and New Destiny made it even worse at every step of the way. Misleading, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. Hire someone else!
