The front desk clerk, John, was really detailed, but unfortunately, it was the best part of the experience. On the day of the move, James texted that the men would come around noon but were running late. As of nine o'clock, they were late. They sent two guys to start working at 1:00, and they came at 1:30. But the boys were so rude and they talked to me in a very bad way. They damaged my stuff as well and I am not going to call them again.
