Their operators showed such great teamwork—no one was standing around while the others worked. They communicated clearly, so there was no confusion about which box went where. They also managed to fit my large sectional sofa through a narrow hallway with zero damage. I was impressed by their can-do attitude. They used blankets and shrink wrap on bigger pieces, and nothing got scratched or dented. Communication was consistent throughout the day. They’d say, “We’re taking this next; where would you like it placed?” which I really appreciated. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

They systematically packed my bedroom first, then moved to the living room. They also rolled out protective plastic over my hardwood floors. Kris gave us a very reasonable quote that fit our budget and did not pressure us to make a decision. Joe was also very flexible and understanding when we had to cancel our move at the last minute due to an emergency. They were very responsive and accommodating, and they did not charge us any cancellation fees. They were the most reliable and trustworthy movers we have ever dealt with.

They packed our possessions thoroughly with foam padding, thick fabric cloth and blankets. The delivery was on time and nothing was damaged either. We cannot thank them enough!
