I was very pleased with the prompt delivery of my electrical appliances to my flat. It was great that the movers had taken the time to label the boxes and so was easier to unpack after delivery. I cannot recommend them enough!
Jao and his crew worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently, and they were very careful with our belongings. They expertly completed our last-minute transfer from TX to FL, taking on our workload. I would use their services again.
I gave them clear instructions about which items were going to my new place and which were staying behind, but they ignored me. They ended up taking things I planned to leave and left behind some important items. It was a complete mess, and I had to sort it all out myself.
My sister's dresser is heavy and awkward. The team carefully got it out of a tight hallway without scraping the walls. That was the piece I was most worried about. efficient and polite moving company

The assistance I received from these people was superb. James communication was always clear and easy to follow, which was a huge plus. Our driver, Jack, and his crew were the best. I am quite satisfied with it.
I wanted my belongings at my new house by a certain date, so I planned a move with a delivery window. There was no explanation for the 3-day delay in the movers' arrival. My entire moving schedule was thrown off when my furniture and necessities arrived much later than anticipated. It was annoying that they didnt respond to me on time.
The experts' mastery with cardboard boxes is something I can personally attest to. Even the most delicate items, like my wine glasses, made it to my new home unharmed because of how carefully they packed my entire kitchen.
WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.
I had a lot of delicate kitchenware, and they carefully packed every plate, using extra bubble wrap. Nothing broke!
