Our family relocated to another state, and Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC took care of everything. They packed, loaded, and delivered our things right on time. Their updates during the trip gave me peace of mind the entire way.
WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.
Something awful happened to me. Even though they charged me a hefty penny, the movers didn't seem to care about my stuff. After one of my paintings was ruined, I had to pursue the firm for weeks to get any kind of reimbursement.
I was very pleased with the prompt delivery of my electrical appliances to my flat. It was great that the movers had taken the time to label the boxes and so was easier to unpack after delivery. I cannot recommend them enough!
My building had slow elevators and a tight schedule. The team got sliders for the heavy dresser and cushions for our king-size bed frame. Their efficiency saved me time and reduced stress.
Short notice move. They gave a great price and great service. Eric was fantastic to work with. Very efficient. Very up front. Very fast - even on short notice. Moved from CO to two places in UT and the pickup (by Eric and crew) was spot on. I am very pleased and these guys are highly recommended.
For an early boat trip, I had to move paddles, coolers, and camping bundles from a shed near the waterline to the dock. The movers handled the long paddles with careful side-to-side steps and carried the coolers straight to the dock edge. Once everything was set down, loading the boat became a simple task.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!
We had the most amazing experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Their movers arrived on time on moving day and quickly got to work. They packed our possessions thoroughly with foam padding, thick fabric cloth and blankets. The delivery was on time and nothing was damaged either. We cannot thank them enough!
