DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

I really appreciated Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC flexibility when it came to moving dates. The movers were courteous, professional, and quick on the relocation day. They moved me in only 9 hours to move me to a new home. Highly recommended!

I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Great service and lovely to deal with
I will undoubtedly hire their movers again! They cautiously handled all my furniture and electronics during my recent move. 4 of them even padded and wrapped my grand piano thoroughly. Plus, they also carried it down the stairs just as carefully. It arrived without a scratch to my apartment in FL along with the other things. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

Great Job
I had a few awkward pieces, including a large, oddly-shaped lamp and a treadmill. They quickly figured out how to disassemble the treadmill, labeling each part and putting all screws in a bag taped to it. They wrapped the lamp in several layers of bubble wrap and boxed it securely. My collection of vintage dishes was carefully packed in crates lined with thick paper, ensuring nothing shifted during the drive. When unpacking, they handled my guitar case as if it were made of glass, placing it gently in the corner I had designated.

Most Seamless Moving Process
I am satisfied with how my washer and dryer set was handled. This moving company sent two guys who knew how to disconnect the hoses without making a mess. The team was able to load all the things on the truck safely. It was a relief to have the appliances installed at the new place so quickly. I had a very positive experience with them. My laundry room was ready for use the very same afternoon they finished.

Great moving company to deal with
Joe and his team members were able to do the job efficiently and effectively. After reassembling a few pieces of furniture, the room is ready to go. Since we can trust and depend on them, we will gladly refer them to others.

This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did a good job, but with a little extra something! I'm terrible at remembering where I pack things, but the team labeled EVERY box clearly. They made a color-coded inventory list for me. They were also really strong and carried all my heavy boxes with ease. It was a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since I was so stressed about the move.
