Arrived on time with great attitudes.

I moved from TX to FL, and Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked quickly to load my things. I had some large furniture, and they took extra care to wrap it in blankets and secure it in the truck. Communication was great—they gave me an estimated time for delivery, and everything arrived on time without any issues. They made the whole long-distance move so easy and stress-free.

Bloody basters

I gave them clear instructions about which items were going to my new place and which were staying behind, but they ignored me. They ended up taking things I planned to leave and left behind some important items. It was a complete mess, and I had to sort it all out myself.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation

Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

They were very responsive

We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.

From the moment James and his crew walked in, they exuded professionalism. They took one quick look at my furniture and immediately started wrapping, securing, and labeling everything. I have a piano that I inherited from my grandmother, and they handled it like it was a priceless artifact. They used a rolling dolly, padding, and straps to transport it safely without a single ding. My mattress was sealed in a thick plastic cover before being loaded onto the truck. They helped me put felt pads on the legs of my furniture before setting it on my new hardwood floors.
