Our office transfer between buildings ran smoothly thanks to Joe. They managed the timing, counted the items, and checked the setup at the new site. All of their work was finished on time without issues.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.
The movers accommodated our timetable to reduce downtime as we moved our workplace to a new location. They handled documents, office equipment, and furniture carefully and accurately, ensuring nothing was misplaced or broken.
The assistance I received from these people was superb. James communication was always clear and easy to follow, which was a huge plus. Our driver, Jack, and his crew were the best. I am quite satisfied with it.
I was struck by how organized the team was. They labeled all 12 of my boxes and packed my books and appliances carefully. They handled my furniture, like my sofa and bed, with a lot of care, ensuring no scratches or damage. They worked efficiently and finished in 2.5 hours, faster than I expected.
I thought my huge sofa wouldn’t fit through the apartment doorway, but Joe measured it and got it through perfectly without taking it apart.
They worked hard and completed the work on time. Having a good attitude helped me get through the day.
They are an amazing group that are helpful, intelligent, kind, and friendly. Thomas and his staff were wonderful to work with. Their knowledge is second to none. Frank was also a pleasure to collaborate with. He offered assistance when asked, and his instructions were clear and concise. Money well spent. WELL DONE!
We loved working with them. Our moving men were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful—they even went out of their way to reassemble furniture for our kids. They were efficient and careful with all of our furniture and mindful with walls/floors in both properties. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend this crew and company to anyone. Thanks again!
