Terrible communication on important matters
What a nightmare the absolute worst, the people they sell your move to will have your head spinning as they hold your items hostage, they kept up charging and up charging my disabled uncle. The contract drivers they hired broke so much stuff and told us it’s not their fault. They were a day late arrived when storage was closed and charged us, then charged over 35 ft walking distance, biggest scum in the world.

very smoothly and tension-free
My basement was a clutter fest, and I dreaded the thought of moving all that old stuff. Thankfully, these guys tackled it like champs. They used headlamps to navigate the dim corners and pulled out dusty boxes full of forgotten knickknacks. Not once did they complain. After we loaded everything, they swept the basement to make sure I left it in good condition. The drive to the new place went smoothly, and nothing ended up broken or missing. I appreciated their can-do attitude throughout the entire ordeal.

DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services…
DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.

Very happy customer.
I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Reliable and trustworthy!!
I’ve moved five times in the past decade, and Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC is by far the best moving service I’ve ever used. From the moment James and his crew walked in, they exuded professionalism. They took one quick look at my furniture and immediately started wrapping, securing, and labeling everything. I have a piano that I inherited from my grandmother, and they handled it like it was a priceless artifact. They used a rolling dolly, padding, and straps to transport it safely without a single ding. My mattress was sealed in a thick plastic cover before being loaded onto the truck. They helped me put felt pads on the legs of my furniture before setting it on my new hardwood floors. No damage, no stress, just a smooth, flawless experience.

Poor estimate and poor communication
Don’t use!!! Moving daughter from Sarasota , Fl to Hornell NY. Paid upfront fee of 600$ then was told delivery would be August 12 or 13th and would pay $1100 when truck came to get items. So far so good. Truck comes on August 6th and took items and was told again August 12th or 13th. I Drive to New York with dsughter taking off the whole week from work to help move as truck is suppose to arrive on 12th or 13th. Wife takes time off work flies up and lo and behold to this day no furniture!!! Make over 30 phone calls and just get run around from customer service!!! Do not use!!! Daughter starting grad school with no clothes, school supplies, furniture etc!!!

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE
WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.

HORRIBLE.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.

delightful experience
I booked Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC for packing and unpacking. They wrapped every dish safely and stacked the boxes neatly. At the new place, unpacking was quick and organized. The whole process felt surprisingly easy.
