The movers handled my Three-bedroom home like true professionals. From lifting couches to securing fragile boxes, everything was done efficiently. They didn’t cut corners, and their effort showed when every single item arrived in perfect condition.
Kris led the packing crew at my place. He kept checking with me before sealing each box. I liked how he stayed patient even when I changed my mind about what went where.
The quote given to us was thousands different than what they charged. You are stuck when they have your belongings hostage. Took way longer to receive our stuff then promised. One excuse after another. Flat tire, truck broke down, etc. Then they didn't have enough people to help unload, so we had to help. Very disappointed. Complete rip-off! Quote went from 6000.00 to 8300.00!

They systematically packed my bedroom first, then moved to the living room. They also rolled out protective plastic over my hardwood floors. I noticed they took extra caution around corners, so there were zero scrapes on the walls. These guys have the moving process down to a science, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

I had a lot of delicate kitchenware, and they carefully packed every plate, using extra bubble wrap. Nothing broke!
