Great Customers Services!
We loved working with them. Our moving men were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful—they even went out of their way to reassemble furniture for our kids. They were efficient and careful with all of our furniture and mindful with walls/floors in both properties. Would absolutely work with them again and recommend this crew and company to anyone. Problem Solver
The movers were extremely careful and ensured that everything was wrapped and carried with great care. Even with some heavy furniture, they didn't scuff a single wall. They asked questions instead of guessing, which I appreciated. I could tell they cared about doing a good job.

If I could do zero star I would
Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.

DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services…
DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.

They arrived promptly, began wrapping my furniture immediately, and handled each item with the utmost care; I never imagined moving could be so enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful Company to use During a Typical Stressful Time.
We were dealing with a last-minute closing delay and had to reroute our move into temporary storage. Fortunately, this company’s experts were very understanding and didn’t miss a beat. They secured a climate-controlled unit within hours, moved everything with care, and even gave us an organized inventory list for our convenience. We are grateful beyond measure!

Poor estimate and poor communication
Absolutely a disaster! We had the worst experience with your moving company today and I can assure you what I will do the best I can to spread my review over the internet to warn other clients of dealing with your company. You blatantly lied about the rate which ended up costing us much more at pickup today. You also lied about the moving truck and sent a crappy moving company JVA Transportation with a small truck instead of the main truck that was supposed to be going back to FL from Norfolk. We attempted to repeatedly reach Jerrid Shelton over his cell phone but he obviously knew why we were calling and evaded to answer the calls. We will escalate this to the business bureau as well unless you rectify the situation.

Fast, Efficient, Friendly, and Cost Effective
Short notice move. They gave a great price and great service. Eric was fantastic to work with. Very efficient. Very up front. Very fast - even on short notice. Moved from CO to two places in UT and the pickup (by Eric and crew) was spot on. I am very pleased and these guys are highly recommended.

Everything went smoothly
The entourage from Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC handled my two-bedroom house move, and they were absolute champs. There were so many boxes, appliances, and random bits and bobs to deal with, but they approached it with a systematic plan. They used blankets and shrink wrap on bigger pieces, and nothing got scratched or dented. Communication was consistent throughout the day. They’d say, “We’re taking this next; where would you like it placed?” which I really appreciated. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got!
Moving from my apartment to a bigger house had me feeling anxious at first, but the movers really helped. The crew packed everything quickly and made sure my electronics were safe. They worked fast but didn’t miss any details. Everything arrived in perfect shape. I’m really thankful for how easy they made the whole move.
