Extremely professional gentlemen.

I had a garage full of tools, old bikes, and heavy gear that had to be moved to a new house, and honestly, I thought they’d hate dealing with it. Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation

Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

Broken agreements.

The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

Excellent job!!!

All of the packers did an excellent job and were easy to communicate with. Rich was a fantastic driver since he kept us updated of his whereabouts, arrival time and engaged in thoughtful conversation with us while we completed the necessary paperwork at the loading end. The crew that unloaded our shipment worked really hard and showed care for our goods.

Consummate professionals

Exceeded our expectations

I needed to move a very large and antique wardrobe that had been in my family for generations. They took extra precautions and wrapped it in custom padding and good quality packing material, so it wouldn’t get scratched or damaged. Thanks to how careful they were, it arrived in terrific shape.
