I have never used Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC before. Both the administrative staff and the movers commented on how wonderful their interactions with the customers were. They were quite careful with my valuables as well. I fully adore them.

I recently had to move across the country, and I was dreading it. Luckily, I had Rich from Nationwide Moving Solutions as my moving contract coordinator. He walked me through every step of the process, from the estimate to the final delivery. Rich was meticulous in gathering all the details, so there were no surprises later on. Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything. She kept me informed about the movers' arrival times and even helped with some last-minute changes. The movers were fantastic—careful, efficient, and friendly. Rich checked in multiple times during the move, even after the truck had left, just to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had to merge household things from two houses into one place. The movers took my heavy sleeper sofa and the massive entertainment center. Brett and the team helped me figure out how to fit the big furniture through the front door without scuffing the paint. It was a long day of lifting, but they stayed focused until the last box was inside. Now we can finally start our life together.
They worked hard and completed the work on time. Having a good attitude helped me get through the day.
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.
My friend and I had to relocate our small business. The movers came early and got right to sorting the packed boxes. They moved the equipment carefully and arranged it in the new space the way I asked. They worked straight through and didn’t waste time.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
Absolutely wonderful! Moving day stress vanished when the crew dedicated themselves to their work while displaying positive attitudes. All items received proper packing before the crew expertly loaded and unloaded them without any damage. The staff conducted thorough checks of all rooms as their final step. I intend to suggest their services to every person in my social circle.
Horrible experience. Note that this is not a moving company, it is a broker. Meaning they find an actual moving company for you at a fee. You're better off finding a direct shipper, ask for their DOT number. Firstly, they intentionally give a low quote so you can sign up with them, then a higher charge later appears. Literally bait and switch. I sent multiple detailed pics, and accurate written descriptions of my items. Chris at Nationwide Moving Solutions down-quoted me. When the actual shipper arrived (Jackson Movers), they refused to ship my items because I was down-quoted. Of course I had paid Nationwide the non-refundable fee by this point, so they weren't bothered much. I had to take out about 60% of my stuff to avoid paying almost double the cost.
