Stay away from this company. I booked services (7/15/24) and cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours later (7/16/24) after realizing they had a 72 hour cancellation policy. I have still yet to get my $690 down payment back.
I moved into a top-floor unit in an old building with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with weird corners. My couch barely made it up, and they had to rotate it what felt like a hundred times. They kept a sense of humor about it and never made me feel bad for the hassle. I appreciated that more than anything else during the whole move.
My friend and I had to relocate our small business. The movers came early and got right to sorting the packed boxes. They moved the equipment carefully and arranged it in the new space the way I asked. They worked straight through and didn’t waste time.
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

They systematically packed my bedroom first, then moved to the living room. They also rolled out protective plastic over my hardwood floors. I noticed they took extra caution around corners, so there were zero scrapes on the walls. These guys have the moving process down to a science, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Moving day was brutally cold, and I was worried about my electronics freezing in the truck. The team suggested wrapping my TV and computer in thick blankets, and they unloaded those items first to minimize exposure. Everything powered on without a hitch.
No help from this company. Still have a move that was picked up and it’s been a month now and no communication on where my stuff at. No ETA, No call backs, nothing. The 3rd party they picked will rip you off also and beyond disrespectful Was given a price and they now charge 3 time the amount. Fins another company to do your move.
I was very pleased with the prompt delivery of my electrical appliances to my flat. It was great that the movers had taken the time to label the boxes and so was easier to unpack after delivery. I cannot recommend them enough!

They figured out how to deal with a long driveway and a gate that wouldn’t stay open. The heavier stuff went in first, and they packed it tight without stopping to ask about every item.
