DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.

I would absolutely use them again!
We needed stuff taken from our house to our apartment, and then some items dropped off at my sister's place nearby. This multi-stop move could have been confusing. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC mapped out the route perfectly beforehand. The team executed both drops flawlessly. They were quick at each location and didn't waste any time. Made a complicated day simple.

The moving process was smooth and hassle-free. The team wrapped all my furniture and delicate items. They were very careful with my 20 boxes and ensured nothing was misplaced. They also helped me arrange my new place.

A pleasant experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Andrew and his team of 4 dismantled my heavy furniture easily and wrapped the pieces carefully in foam padding, thick fabric cloth and blankets. Everything was delivered the same day and they reassembled it all after delivery. They didn’t charge me for the extra service either. Many thanks!

Arrived on time with great attitudes.
I was struck by how organized the team was. They labeled all 12 of my boxes and packed my books and appliances carefully. They handled my furniture, like my sofa and bed, with a lot of care, ensuring no scratches or damage. They worked efficiently and finished in 2.5 hours, faster than I expected.

Save yourself some extra stress and do not hire Nationwide Moving Solutions. I will say, they have the best selling team. They will make you feel like your move is important and that you are working with a team of professionals that know what they are doing. That you will not have to worry about anything. Then, moving day will come and immediately, they will try to upcharge you for everything. Quote? Detailing and listing all the items you want on the move to make sure you get an accurate quote is just a game for them. A piece of paper that they will use to make paper planes. It does not matter if you make sure you accurately list your items, they will try to charge you for them. Or leave them behind after telling you that they will abide and honor the quote and when you submit a complaint to the BBB, they will just copy and paste the same response they give to all the other hundreds of complaints that this company has. They are a broker that misleads people into believing they will handle everything professionally but all they are is greedy people that just don't care about anything but money. Please find someone else. You are probably better renting a Uhaul or jus spend a little more on real movers. Nationwide is a joke of a company.

It was a solid overall professional move.
Highly recommend Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC for anyone needing a quick but careful move. The champions who arrived at my place wasted no time. They systematically packed my bedroom first, then moved to the living room. They also rolled out protective plastic over my hardwood floors. I noticed they took extra caution around corners, so there were zero scrapes on the walls. These guys have the moving process down to a science, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Brett and his crew really came through for us. My furnishings was unharmed. Their meticulous packaging of my furniture was really appreciated. The arrival was prompt. They assembled furniture (beds, washers, dryers, etc.) at the new location. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient

Thank you for making it so easy
The moving coordinator, and the men who helped load and unload our belongings were all wonderful to work with. If I ever have to move again, which I really hope not to do, they will be the first people I call.

Broken agreements.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.
