It was amazing how well the moving process worked. The expert team of RICH made sure to pack my fine glassware safely and transferred them without problems to their new location. They are very precise in what they do.
DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.
Packing up on short notice because of a sudden job offer didn’t leave me much time to prepare. The movers arrived early in the morning and brought their own supplies, including extra wraps and boxes. They figured out how to deal with a long driveway and a gate that wouldn’t stay open. The heavier stuff went in first, and they packed it tight without stopping to ask about every item.
We hired their movers after doing extensive research on the internet, and it was the finest decision we made. Joseph and his crew arrived promptly and wasted no time getting to work. They were meticulous with our valuables and made sure to thoroughly pad each piece. Packing took only few hours, and everything was delivered on the same day as well. Nothing was lost or broken. What a nightmare the absolute worst, the people they sell your move to will have your head spinning as they hold your items hostage, they kept up charging and up charging my disabled uncle. The contract drivers they hired broke so much stuff and told us it’s not their fault. They were a day late arrived when storage was closed and charged us, then charged over 35 ft walking distance, biggest scum in the world.
They arrived promptly, began wrapping my furniture immediately, and handled each item with the utmost care; I never imagined moving could be so enjoyable. I highly recommend them.
The movers did an excellent job with my office move. They packed everything up securely and helped set up my new workspace. I didn’t have to worry about anything being damaged along the way.
After living abroad for a year, I had all my belongings delivered back to my storage unit, and then I had to move everything to my new apartment. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC managed the whole process, including coordinating the pickup from storage. They worked quickly but carefully, especially with my musical equipment and framed art. I'd definitely call them again if I ever need help with another move.
