They immediately inspected my house to identify what needed to be moved, including my cookware, TV stand, and china cabinet. They carefully wrapped my grandmother's antique china cabinet in shrink wrap and cushioned blankets, which amazed me.
I was quite pleased with my movers' efforts. They were extremely thorough and careful, and they did not hurry anything. They packed my belongings very attentively. I wish I could move very easily.
The crew showed up looking completely unprepared. They didn’t have uniforms, didn’t introduce themselves, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. One of them asked me for a cigarette break halfway through the job. It was clear they weren’t trained professionals.
