Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions. What began as a professional, reassuring conversation quickly turned into a complete communication nightmare. I was told I would receive 30 days of courtesy storage and that once I provided my new address, my belongings would be delivered immediately. I provided my new address before the move even took place. My items were picked up on November 17, 2025, with clear instructions for delivery as soon as possible. Despite this, I am now in a completely empty apartment thousands of miles across the country, with no furniture, no clothes, and no shoes — and it is the day before Thanksgiving. I start a new job soon and have absolutely nothing to wear to work. I have now made more than ten attempts via phone and email and have received zero response. Being ignored at this level is not just unprofessional — it is unacceptable. To be clear: • They have my belongings • They have my address • They have my contact information • They are choosing not to respond I am in a brand-new place, far from anything familiar, and this has created an extremely stressful and destabilizing situation. If you are considering using this company: please think twice. Communication is nonexistent once they have your items. I am currently left with no answers, no timeline, and no basic necessities. I will update this review when and if my belongings are returned.
A relocation this easy has never happened to me before. Everyone in the group was really helpful, friendly, and businesslike. They handled everything with meticulousness and accuracy from start to finish. The service I received was second to none, and the ease with which things went stunned me.
The moving process was smooth and hassle-free. The team wrapped all my furniture and delicate items. They were very careful with my 20 boxes and ensured nothing was misplaced. They also helped me arrange my new place.

They were meticulous with our valuables and made sure to thoroughly pad each piece. Packing took only few hours, and everything was delivered on the same day as well. Nothing was lost or broken. After living abroad for a year, I had all my belongings delivered back to my storage unit, and then I had to move everything to my new apartment. Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC managed the whole process, including coordinating the pickup from storage. They worked quickly but carefully, especially with my musical equipment and framed art. I'd definitely call them again if I ever need help with another move.
No help from this company. Still have a move that was picked up and it’s been a month now and no communication on where my stuff at. No ETA, No call backs, nothing. The 3rd party they picked will rip you off also and beyond disrespectful Was given a price and they now charge 3 time the amount. Fins another company to do your move.
When we had to relocate from AZ to TX within a short notice, we were lucky to find Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC. Kris gave us a very reasonable quote that fit our budget and did not pressure us to make a decision. Joe was also very flexible and understanding when we had to cancel our move at the last minute due to an emergency. They were very responsive and accommodating, and they did not charge us any cancellation fees. They were the most reliable and trustworthy movers we have ever dealt with.
DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.
