DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.

I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got!
Moving from my apartment to a bigger house had me feeling anxious at first, but the movers really helped. The crew packed everything quickly and made sure my electronics were safe. They worked fast but didn’t miss any details. Everything arrived in perfect shape. I’m really thankful for how easy they made the whole move.

they handled everything very well.
They were fantastic. Got the job done quickly and safely, no issues at all. Nothing got broken or lost, and they followed our instructions perfectly. Moved our sofa, TV, fridge, and microwave like pros. Super friendly and cooperative. We'll definitely hire them again for our next move.

Beware!!! Not refunding deposit after cancellation
Beware beware beware, we were dealing with a senior moving consultant that stated he would be our point of contact from start to finish. We ended up cancelling the move same day verbally and figured we better follow it up with a paper trail the next day through email. Now a month later, we still have not received our $2918.92 back. They are giving us the run around and stating that they never received a cancellation email. We have opened a dispute with our credit union. Hopefully we won’t be defrauded out of this money. Horrible!!! Note to future movers. Look up their DOT number… if it says “broker” RUN! You want a Carrier!!!

Unethical Broker Who Failed to Act on My Behalf
Nationwide Moving Solutions acted as the broker for my move from Arizona to Washington. They quoted me for 1,118 cu ft, but on moving day, the carrier they arranged (American Home Movers) inflated the volume to 1,900 cu ft—a nearly 70% increase—with no measurement, no markings, and no proof. I immediately contacted Paula at Nationwide to dispute the charge and was told they would follow up. They never did, in fact I had to initiate all contact to get any information or updates for the following 2 weeks. Nationwide claims in their contract that they “act on behalf of the customer in resolving disputes.” This is false. Despite my repeated calls and emails, they did nothing to intervene or advocate for me when the mover refused to verify cubic footage or remeasure. I ultimately paid $10,104.14, a 64% overcharge beyond my estimate, in violation of federal FMCSA rules (which cap overages on non-binding estimates at 110%). Nationwide failed to protect me as a consumer and instead enabled predatory, dishonest behavior. I’ve filed complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, FTC, CSI, and state Attorneys General. If you are considering Nationwide as a broker, do not trust them—they will not help you when it matters most.

They were very responsive
Huge shout-out to Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC! The group managed to move my oversized treadmill and elliptical machine down a narrow staircase without so much as a scratch on the walls. They were also careful to wrap the machines so no parts would get loose or damaged. As someone who values my fitness equipment, I was super impressed. Unloading was quick, and they placed everything exactly where I wanted, so I didn’t have to shift it later. These guys are top-notch.

This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC made my transition to a new studio space a lot easier than I expected. I am an artist and had several large crates of supplies that needed to stay upright during transport. The movers gripped the crates from the bottom and stacked them securely inside the vehicle. They checked the overhead clearance several times to avoid any bumps. My supplies were unloaded quickly at the destination. These guys are very reliable for specialized moves.

A Dream Team.
Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC made my transition from TX to NY. When I contacted them on their website, David immediately responded. The movers responded to my inquiry within an hour and arrived on time to start the packing process. My mom was worried about the moving process, yet they handled it extra care. They have the highest possible recommendation from me.

Everything went smoothly
Kris led the packing crew at my place. He kept checking with me before sealing each box. I liked how he stayed patient even when I changed my mind about what went where.

Cool Guyz.
The movers did an excellent job with my office move. They packed everything up securely and helped set up my new workspace. I didn’t have to worry about anything being damaged along the way.
