In addition to their efficiency, the movers were a pleasure to deal with. Fun was had by all, and we were amazed by how smoothly the move was handled.
Several boxes were left in the wrong rooms during unloading. We had clearly indicated where different items should go, but those instructions were not consistently followed. This meant we had to move many boxes ourselves afterward. The final stage of the move felt poorly organized.
I was moving out of a very old house with creaky floors and loose steps. The movers walked carefully, avoided putting extra strain on the weak spots, and warned me about some places I hadn’t noticed before. So professional.
They were legends among movers. They moved everything to my new apartment without breaking a sweat after packing up my home gym.
The loading process went very smoothly. Robert and John arrived on time and worked quickly to load all of my belongings onto the truck. They were very efficient and organized, carefully loading everything in a way that maximized space and minimized the risk of damage during transit. They used straps and hooks to secure everything in place, and made sure that nothing would shift or fall during the move.
DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.

Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC did a good job, but with a little extra something! I'm terrible at remembering where I pack things, but the team labeled EVERY box clearly. They made a color-coded inventory list for me. They were also really strong and carried all my heavy boxes with ease. It was a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since I was so stressed about the move.
No help from this company. Still have a move that was picked up and it’s been a month now and no communication on where my stuff at. No ETA, No call backs, nothing. The 3rd party they picked will rip you off also and beyond disrespectful Was given a price and they now charge 3 time the amount. Fins another company to do your move.
