What a wonderful job Richard and his crew did. They ignored the 50-degree heat of the moving day to do the task on schedule, and before leaving for AZ, they double-checked everything. They were considerate in packing and wrapping my fragile and robust. Very strongly advised!
Horrible experience. Note that this is not a moving company, it is a broker. Meaning they find an actual moving company for you at a fee. You're better off finding a direct shipper, ask for their DOT number. Firstly, they intentionally give a low quote so you can sign up with them, then a higher charge later appears. Literally bait and switch. I sent multiple detailed pics, and accurate written descriptions of my items. Chris at Nationwide Moving Solutions down-quoted me. When the actual shipper arrived (Jackson Movers), they refused to ship my items because I was down-quoted. Of course I had paid Nationwide the non-refundable fee by this point, so they weren't bothered much. I had to take out about 60% of my stuff to avoid paying almost double the cost.
I booked Nationwide Moving Solutions LLC when my cousin needed help moving household items from a rental room to a dormitory. The booking call was simple, and the timing stayed accurate. Everything was placed exactly where it belonged, and the movers stayed focused the whole time. I’d mention this service to anyone needing quick help with smaller moves.
WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.
I had a tough stairwell that turned at weird angles, and I was sure my couch wouldn’t make it down in one piece. But the movers I hired from this company were total pros, studied the angles, wrapped it tightly, and somehow got it out without damage to anything. Their problem-solving skills were top-tier!
Joe was patient with me during the estimate process. I had so many questions, but he took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Paula was always in touch, making sure everything was progressing as planned. The movers went above and beyond, even helping me arrange my furniture in the new place. They were friendly and efficient, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m so glad I chose this company!
