Thank you for helping me get my belongings to my new home safely. Every person on the crew was professional, and they listened to my instructions. The move was handled with great care, and each item was delivered safely.
DO NOT use Nationwide Moving Services under any circumstances. They lie, cheat, and scam people. They claim to be professional movers with uniforms and background checks — but that’s a total lie. They are just brokers who farm your move out to random third parties. The movers they sent were careless and damaged my walls, broke my bike, lamp, ruined my dresser, and pretty much broke most of my chine because they toss your boxes and furniture around with no regard — and then take zero responsibility. Too boot, I was up-charged twice for services I already paid for. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes ownership. A total bait and switch operation. I honestly don’t know how this company sleeps at night, lying to people and taking their money. This was the most stressful, dishonest, and infuriating moving experience of my life.
I was very pleased with the prompt delivery of my electrical appliances to my flat. It was great that the movers had taken the time to label the boxes and so was easier to unpack after delivery. I cannot recommend them enough!

They communicated clearly, so there was no confusion about which box went where. They also managed to fit my large sectional sofa through a narrow hallway with zero damage. I was impressed by their can-do attitude. Also, their quote was competitive, and I’m glad I chose them because they were absolutely reliable.
The crew seemed unprepared for some of the larger household items. There was a lot of back and forth during loading, which made the process take longer than necessary. The furniture was not always handled as carefully as expected. Better coordination would have helped.

Paula, who handled dispatch and customer service, was amazing at coordinating everything to fit my tight timeline. The moving crew arrived right on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They even helped me pack a few last-minute items. Ian followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out. Ian and Paula, you guys made what seemed impossible, possible!
