They helped pack my small kitchen appliances and furniture safely, and delivered it all in perfect condition. They were also kind enough to help me with arranging my new place. Read More I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had with Midland Van Lines. The moving men were punctual, careful with our large and small items including huge bed and a gas grill. They wrapped glass top tables, beds and dressers and disassembled and reassembled everything just the way we wanted. They didn’t let us lift a finger. They kept everything tidy and handled my wardrobe with such care. Super nice guys! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You guys are the BEST!

We've been calling for 2 months with no reposnse other than, we will call you back. Today, Frank decided to be a big bad boy by yelling at my mother on the phone about the stuff that weve been asking them to look into. Lawyers will now be involved. Do not waste your money or time on this horrible company.

My husband was so impressed by them, he said if we ever moved again we would specifically request the crew we had because they were wonderful. Packed as little in boxes as possible to justify the space they needed to make the final price quoted correct. Several things arrived broke. A TV arrived broke. They pay 60 cents a pound can collect 12 for it and it's on sale for 118 to replace right now

I like how they kept me updated at all times through their correspondence. No furniture was missing or damaged, and everything was neat and tidy at my new house. When it came to efficiency and professionalism, they blew me away.

Read More Please do not book with them. They quote you a lower price at first just to make sure you don’t go with other companies. Once they get you to secure your booking, they start acting funny. My broker Mark was very active in following up, making sure I paid the deposit bla bla. I received multiple calls from different reps about rescheduling my pick up starting a week before pick up. They even rescheduled on me two days after they initially changed the date. I had to call and complain that I was on a time crunch and need to move out of my apartment ASAP. The driver did not make it to my apartment until my final move out date at like 5pm. Knowing I didn’t have any choice at that point, they came and looked at my stuff. The guy charged me extra 900 saying they go by cubic feet and my quote was for just 300 cubic but if I pay the extra 900 they can take all my stuff. Mind you, the agent Mark already accounted for all my stuff at the initial beginning and said based on my stuff I wouldn’t have to pay extra. Ok fast forward, I had no choice and paid the stuff. After 7 days, the driver called and said my stuff were being delivered. This guy came with an 18 wheeler truck to my apartment and said I have to pay for a mini truck to get my stuff into the apartment. Boom, another additional 600 was charged. ( I offered to get the U-Haul myself because we all know it costs less than 600 but the guy said no or Id move the stuff into my apartment myself) SCAM 🚨.Meaning I ended up paying 1500 more of fees on top of my quote. My main problem is that just be honest with customers up front instead of lying to get them to book cuz you offered low price. A low price knowing you’ll bump it up more at the end which is more expensive than what the competition offered. To be honest, everything just sucked and was horrible. I wouldn’t advise booking them for your moving needs. They are predators and very dishonest. They take advantage of people

They dropped my nightstand on the stairs and then told me I should have hired more people to help them. Absolutely absurd.
