We highly recommend Troy Mosby from Joyce Van Lines. We recently moved from Indiana to Florida. It was extremely stressful trying to organize in a very short amount of time. Prior to the move, Mr. Mosby reached out to us and introduced himself. This was wonderful in that we felt cared for and prioritized. We met Troy Mosby on moving day. He was extremely kind and professional. He was well prepared and his team in Indiana was very kind and respectful of the home and all of our possessions. They were efficient in the way they disassembled furniture and wrapping of larger pieces of furniture. Great care was given by wrapping banisters and protecting floors and stairs prior to loading. Mr. Mosby was a great team leader keeping track of all items and logging everything with skill and care. He and his team made sure everything was in the truck in one day. We even had a storage unit that needed to be loaded at a second site. Mr. Mosby and his team stayed until the house was loaded entirely. His positivity was absolutely appreciated and put any fears about our move to rest. We completely had confidence in his ability to complete the move on schedule. It was nice to see his truck on the morning of the move. He was on time and stayed in contact with us. He brought with him a very capable and professional team to unload just like he did for the packing portion. He again took great care and exhibited skill in keeping everything on track and organized as the truck was unloaded. Furniture that was disassembled in Indiana was quickly and professionally reassembled. Boxes and items were placed in appropriate rooms. Mr. Mosby is what every driver and leader should be when planning a move. He showed exceptional knowledge and experience in choosing his teams. He also had full command of the packing and unloading. We cannot thank him enough for the personable way in which he treated our entire family and our home. We would recommend Joyce Van Lines and especially Mr. Mosby. He is a truly wonderful, professional and kind person who we would recommend strongly to help move.
