Read More After 27 years of military moves with companies like Mayflower, NorthAmerican and JK, I know quality. Now that I'm honorably retired, I guess I get to see the other side of the coin. After destroying over $2000 of our household goods during shipment and storage from Olympia to San Antonio, Susan M. Of their company abruptly said that she'd only approve $700 worth of damage and cut us a check for $200. She ignored the value of a handed down Chinese crystal platter that was smashed into 17 pieces. She said an $800 destroyed cermamic kiln has no value since it's hard to ship those intact without damage. Had your packers said, "the Chinese platter will be replaced for $13 and the kiln not at all", we'd have gone with someone else. I'd love to leave this review across every social media platforms and networks available so that other veterans will know that once you hang the uniform up.

The sheer magnitude of misrepresentations and lack of client care goes beyond what I can convey here. Beware, they are truly awful! The sales rep conveniently omits crucial details in discussions and forgets to include essential items like boxes, unpacking options, and third-party service timelines in the quote. The final bill ended up being a staggering $3000 more than the original quote. To make matters worse, the company supervisor's level of concern and care was nothing short of rudeness. I strongly caution anyone reading this review against using this deceitful company that inflates prices, misrepresents services, and displays a shocking disregard for their clients. Steer clear at all costs!

Read More My family and I have used North American in the past and had a great experience. However, my mother in law and I both used them again in the past couple of weeks and had the most horrible experiences. They’ve broken half our furniture, the driver does not keep you updated throughout the move (you actually never speak to them until they arrive at your new home), they removed our furniture from the loading truck into a warehouse and then reloaded it, and, finally, I am 2 days past my delivery date with half my stuff sitting in a warehouse 1500 miles away and they cannot find a driver or tell me when my everyday items I need will arrive. They will also provide no reimbursement. Absolutely awful experience. Never again!

Read More DO NOT use this company to move if you value your possessions! They are extremely unprofessional & will treat your belongings like junk, I’m not kidding! For example, they put a used toilet scrubber & toddler potty in one of my wardrobe boxes, how gross! They didn’t even wrap our mattresses to protect them from grime & scrapes! Not to mention the huge list of broken/damaged items that I can’t replace and now have to sit & take the time to claim compensation for. They will cut corners in every way they can. Absolutely horrendous experience with our cross country move!

They lost $30K of my belongings and refused giving me a dime. Driver refused to sign inventory list at delivery and said call claims! I got no compensation & had MVP coverage!!! It’s a scam!!!! Move your things yourself!!!
