Read More Relocation can be fun too. That’s what Midland van lines proved during our last move. The woman on the phone was the first sign of friendliness I experienced with this company. She was just so full of life. Their quote was absolutely fair. The men they sent over were always doing the work with bright smiles on their faces. Even when they were carrying my gigantic pieces of furniture, they were smiling. I was almost sad when they were leaving because I had such a nice time with them. The proof of their efficiency was the intact delivery of all my things to Baltimore right on schedule.

Read More STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I would give "0" stars if possible! They grossly underestimated my costs and then DOUBLED the charge 2-days prior to pickup when I had no other options. Actual pickup was 5 days late and it took me calling continuously to get to someone that could provide any answers, then they lied about the truck's status. Despite their promise to try and accommodate preferred delivery date, my stuff was not delivered until over a month later, outside the 18-business day promised window. Then claimed DOT provided 21 day window instead and they were still compliant with regulations. All through this process customer service was crap. No one could ever provide answers to my questions or any kind of update on the status of my move. Promised "call-backs" with updates NEVER occurred. When my stuff finally arrived, it was dirty and items broken. All this hassle and all they would provide was a measly $100 discount on an +$8,000 move. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ANYMORE!!! Worst experience of my life! Breaks my heart to think this company is veteran-operated. They didn't learn this crappy kind of service in the military!

All of them quoted pretty much the same number but the customer care service just blew me away. I have absolutely no issues with the movers. They were punctual, efficient and reliable. My valuables were in safe hands. They delivered all my stuff in great condition. I had a great time while relocating and that is something no one ever says.

I couldn’t believe how easily they carried my furniture. It was a 3rd floor walkup and the stairs didn’t seem to bother them at all. I think these guys could carry a mountain if that was the task. They gave me a 5-day window for the delivery and they delivered on the 4th day. Nothing was broken or damaged. I have to thank those strong guys for making this perfect move possible.

Luckily, they had a cancelled appointment that afternoon and the movers came to my apartment instead. They were very professional. They worked with precision and care. They were done packing and loading everything in just 2 hours. They delivered on time and didn’t make me go through any hassles like the other company did. I am so grateful to these guys

They took just 3 hours to pack and load everything from our 4-bedroom apartment. All our belongings were delivered safely and nothing was harmed during the trip. Read More I have seen many moving companies hiring inexperienced and amateur movers. But Midland van lines had experienced movers. I have heard of them before through friends but didn’t actually realize how great they are till I hired them. Their quote was very reasonable for our move. The 3 men sent over by them were so well trained. Everything went like clockwork and in 2 hours my 2-bedroom apartment was wrapped and loaded to vans. I am very satisfied with the services provided by these guys and giving them 5 stars for it.

Read More We hired Midland van lines to move our belongings. I didn’t know much about them but their quote seemed very fair. They turned out to be very professional. The movers arrived right on time. They packed everything very quickly. The boxes and furniture were systematically loaded onto the van. It took four men just 3 hours to get done with my 3200 sqft house. In my eyes, that’s a big achievement. I was worried sick for this move as I have never relocated before. But they made my move so easy and simple.

We are a family of 6 and so we had a lot of belongings that needed to be moved. It didn’t shake the movers at all. They methodically went through everything boxing them categorically. The boxes and other belongings were safely loaded onto the van and they set off. All our valuables were safe when they arrived at our new house. I have to mention that they charged us less than the initial estimate. It was a very easy move.
