Paid for the upgraded insurance on all items. Agent said "if we pack it, it's covered". Well the TV didn't work when we unpacked it - naturally it wasn't covered because they said "internal items are fragile and therefore out of our control". Basically - tough shit. The TV that we packed made it fine and worked...
Moved me from LA to SC. Did ok except they wer a mopnth late and did not deliver $3500 worth of dining table. They then refused to pay for it, despite video showing they did not deliver it. Dishonest and won't stand by their claims. Look elsewhere for integrity.
Do not use this company if you’re considering a long distance move…. Unless you enjoy nightmares every step of the way!!!!
Great movers and packers. Came out on time. Arrived to location on time.. Showed care and concern.. I would highly recommend this company to move again .. I have moved several times and by far this was the best moving company I have encountered from the estimate to the move .. I really felt comfortable with the entire move..

I paid almost $ 11,000. for my move. It was delayed for 8 days. No explanation as to why it was delayed. I had booked my move 8 weeks in advance; this was more than enough time to schedule a crew for my delivery. I filed a delayed shipment claim ( for daily items I needed, food etc ) $ 260.46 and it was denied. My wife and I had to sleep on the floor which was uncomfortable for me as I am 67 years old and have severe back problems. This was a ( 5) crated shipment. I had missing / damaged items that Allied “ cannot account for “ and “ their tracing results were unsuccessful in confirming a loss “. Allied cannot say that; I had my name, address & phone number on all boxes in addition to their barcode. So, the scanning system Allied uses is unreliable and ineffective. (Or air lying and just don’t care. ( Fedex and UPS have no issues for tracking of shipments ) My high value item packed by Allied a 55” Samsung TV was missing, wardrobe box was missing, etc. To add further insult, at delivery the driver, Mr Ru *** was rude, refused to listen to me, did NOT allow inspection for items packed by Allied or unwrap them. He unloaded our shipment onto a truck by himself the day before delivery. That is a security breach to make sure my belongings are not MISSING ( which happened ) He was non compliant with shipping procedures. My claim for items missing /damaged totaled $ 2346.00 and Allied is only giving me $ 600. after my deductible. That is pathetic. I have moved interstate at least 6 times and NEVER once had a driver refuse to listen to me. BEWARE - Allied is an unprofessional company that takes your money, will lose your belongings, break your items, delay shipment and not pay you for your claims. They are an unreliable company not to be trusted. I am disappointed, dissatisfied with their services and cannot recommend them to anyone.
